HEXO company will be my first to recommend my family and friends
The team is extremely helpful, and their response time to emails is impressively quick. I remember they assisted me with my ECR testing last year, and their customer service was outstanding then—and it still is today! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Aftercare NON EXISTANT
Had EICR 2 weeks ago. Engineer broke a door in elderly lady's home. Left it in a dangerous state. We have been calling and emailing HEXO since, as have our estate agents. Nobody calls back, nobody emails back. When you talk to them there is NEVER a manager to talk to. They've done nothing to fix THEIR fault on the job. Disgusting. Was going to us them for remedial work but not after this fiasco. Quick to take your money, No aftercare whatsoever.

High quality service…
The job was done to a high standard and on time. They were flexible with timings that suited my tenant. A few issues were identified some concerning safety that were missed by previous companies.

Helpful to a point
Helpful to a point, but I ended up doing a lot more research myself for bathroom spotlights which would be safe in a bathroom and that were IP64 / IP44. I didn't want really the ugly dome light which Hexo only recomended, and then spent a lot of time myself researching, as Hexo just had a standard answer and light.
There could have been more flexibilty with the appintment date too, and communications with some people could have been more consistent and friendly. I seemed to have a different person every time I replied to a message so felf that communication was lost each time.

Couldn't have asked for better
Hexo were very prompt, professional and efficient. We used them to check over a property we were about to rent out and make sure we were compliant. The team were lovely to deal with and we will use them again in the future if we are in need of further testing for sure!

Been trying to cancel booking for weeks with no luck!
I had booked in for a homebuyers report EICR which I ended up needing to cancel. I tried to call multiple times and was told each time that the person I needed to speak to was unavailable. Eventually I got through to someone a week and a half ago who told me over the phone the booking had been cancelled and that I could expect a refund within 5-7 days. It has now been 10 days and I still have not received email confirmation about the cancellation of any refund.
The team was very quick to call me to book in and asked for 100% of payment before the inspection and now I doesn't seem possible to cancel and get a refund.

very good experience with the Hexo Electrical Testing.
My other tenant and I had a very good experience with the Hexo Electrical Testing.
Their representative kindly arranged a convenient time for us to visit the apartment. The electricians completed the work very quickly and answered many of our questions.
Overall, we were very impressed with their work, and we would gladly use them again if we needed any work done.

Good and efficient service
Good and efficient service, came to our home twice and the tests that had to be carried out was done smoothly. Only had minor communication issues on the first appointment - seems there was miscommunications between the company and the technicians but it was sorted in the end.
