Ordered from here on Black Friday. I ordered a bundle and no where on the page did it say it was pre order.
Then, I talked to them and they said oh, both of the plush are preorder. Wait 6-8 weeks.
I contacted them after 8 weeks and they said, sorry, we had too many orders and it won’t send until March 20.
I contacted them March 21 and asked what the status was and they said they’re getting to it and have patience.
It’s ridiculous to expect us to have patience after almost 4 months and little to no communication on any changes.
The bundle cost 120 dollars and at this point, I worry I won’t be getting them for my son.

Extremely disappointed with this company! Ordered Nov 16th. for my sons birthday. Package was last updated Nov.24th and is now lost. Hex will only refund once the package has been lost for 30 days. My son asked Santa for a hex for Christmas, unfotunately I know they will not arrive on time or possibly at all. And at around $50-$60 a plushie, I will not be risking it again.

First 2 orders went without issue, happy with the communication, product, and quality.
On the 3rd order 2 items were ordered on 9/2, and neither said pre-order on the site. We contacted support on 9/18, they said the ship date was 6 weeks out and both items were apparently on pre-order. 6 weeks come and go and 1 of 2 is still "in production" and the order will take another 2 weeks.

No discount, no part-refund, or part-shipment is offered. Not even an apology or preemptive communication was offered. Just a shrug and another 2 weeks of waiting time given. I will not be buying from HEX again and I strongly discourage you from doing the same.

The team is i think trying to help but im waiting for my golden prime Bonnie for a some months now its getting anoying and i dont want to ask my money back because i then cant get the golden Bonnie but the service i had before was good thought.

There was a little Mix-up and Hex TOYS came through and COMPLETELY redeemed themselves.

This is no Burger King watch - this watch is NICE.
