Customer Service

I recently had a question about my Heusom Silent Groom Pro nail grinder, so I reached out to customer service and was truly impressed by the experience. The representative I spoke with was exceptionally friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, making the entire conversation a pleasure. They treated me with genuine respect, which I greatly appreciated.

As for the Heusom itself, I can't say enough good things. My dog no longer trembles or gets anxious during nail care—this grinder is remarkably quiet and gentle, yet highly effective. We've completely done away with risky clippers and loud dremel grinders thanks to this fantastic product. The outstanding customer service is just the icing on the cake. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The nail grinder works great a lot…

The nail grinder works great a lot easier than the old fashion nail clippers. The housemaid system is quiet, the dogs do not get spooked and it makes trimming their nails a breeze. Customer service reached out to me to ask hiw I liked the heysom system and like I told the lady on tge phone, it is great. I would recommend this product to anyone who has dogs and they trim their dogs nails.

My dog has not had her nails trimmed over a year

We have a bulldog and her name is Chloe. She is three years old. It’s been well over a year since she has let anybody touch her paws to trim her nails. She’ll let you rub her feet. She’ll let you rub her nails, but the moment you go to trim them with a normal nail trimmer she will growl bark snapper it’s horrible. I finally decided to try HEUSOM nail groomer and it has been a game changer. She let me trim her front paw. There are nowhere near where they need to be but she let me trim her paws for the first time I cried so if you have a nervous puppy, I would definitely suggest getting this.

Great customer service

HEUSOM TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW THEY WON'T GIVE IT BACK

I placed an order of the nail grinder from Heusom after watching the same social media ad a lot of you might have seen as well. That was around May 14th - today is May 31st and i still haven't received it, and I have still not got my money back from HEUSOM!

After sending them 2 - 3 emails i finally got a reply that the shipment was "lost" - i understand that can happen - but they just sat quiet for about it for 15 days and didn't even bother to inform. Their order tracker showed that the item was still at their warehouse - it didn't show me it was en-route at all all. In my email to them i had specifically asked for a Refund but they cheekily write back that they will send me a "free replacement' with no mention of actually refunding the money - so i'm wondering how the heck is it free then - unless HEUSOM thinks I caused the item to be lost and now they out of the sheer greatness of their heart will provide a free replacement!

So yeah...you get the drift - do not blindly trust them. If you didn't receive your order within a reasonable time ask for your money back ASAP.

HEUSOM: I WANT MY MONEY BACK. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE A BAD REVIEW TO GET YOUR ATTENTION!

Our intention in offering a replacement was to provide the fastest possible resolution once we confirmed there was an issue with the shipment. However, we understand that you had specifically requested a refund and should have received a clearer response regarding that option.

We'd also like to clarify that your refund has already been processed. We apologize that this was not communicated more clearly and that the overall experience fell short of your expectations.

Buyer beware.

The nail grinder is not silent and it is ineffective. It took forever to see any actual grinding results, causing my dog a great deal of anxiety. The return policy is awful so I basically ended up donating money to this company. They recommended that I continue to traumatize my dog until he got used to it but he never did. Buyer beware, This is a scam, making this company lots of money.

The grinder is intentionally designed to remove nail material gradually rather than aggressively, allowing for more controlled grooming sessions and reducing the risk of over-grinding. However, we understand that some pet owners may prefer a faster result depending on their dog's needs and comfort level.

We also want to clarify that any training suggestions provided by our team are intended to help pets become more comfortable with the grooming process at their own pace, never to cause distress.
