I do feel guilty for imposing such a pressure on you with a review rate when you clearly have bigger problems then the recovery of our data.
I do thank you for your professionnal attitude and i sincerely hope you and your family are safe.

I state what I said before, you where fast at replying and taking good care of the problem that i found when trying to recover my data.

The software is quite easy to use. It was the only one that recognised my RAID volume and I am currently recovering my files.

I am really satisfied with your product, thank you for your service.

"I am willing to change the rate of my evaluation but so far the support stopped answering me in the last 24h.
I installed RAID recovery and it did recognize my RAID 5 volume composed of 3 disks. After 3 weeks of analysis we had our documents and we only needed to acquire the licence.
After acquiring a Office licence, required for up to 5 disks, we did the registration so we could recover our data from the volume composed by our 3 disks and we got a message error indicating that our licence was not enough for the number of disks and it could be used only to up to 5 disks.

We do need your support on this one.
I have suggestions and I wait for your solutions aswel.

I had an unpleasant situation with my younger sister. She is still very small, she clicked somewhere and everything was erased from the computer. You are my salvation! The program helped recover lost data. My joy reaches heaven. Thanks a lot!

I used Hetman Partition Recovery to recover data from a virtual machine with a split-disk hard drive (multiple .vmdk files). It worked well.

A few months after purchasing and using HPR, I needed to use it again, but the new version rejected my registration key. The support staff were very quick to respond and provided immediate help to get my new instance working.

Even I usually don't write recommendations I would like to do it for this software and even for the support behind. By my own mistake I lost data of an external USB disk and with Partition Recovery I was able to recover all data fully.

This software couldn’t help me retrieving my data. When I emailed them regarding my refund. There is no response at all… it’s been 3days waiting for response.

I contacted their support 3 times! It's been 12 hours and still no response!

Software it does not working and the support team is not responding. I bought a license and it worked fine, it is a good software. But suddenly the license was deactivated and now it tells me that my license key is invalid. I try to write to support team and google says that Hetman's email address is blocked because it is blacklisted. I have written from the form on their website and I have no response. It doesn't look good.

I had a USB stick with some vital data on it When I tried to open this Windows stated that the file format was RAW and USB was empty. I tried everything I knew including chkdsk /f etc. Eventually I downloaded The Hetman software. It took some time for the software to be able to analyse the USB but after working though the steps the instructions suggested I was able to recover two absolutely vital files of Data backup. True the software is not that cheap but in my case when the alternative was to fly someone out from the UK with replacement data it actually was a total and absolute bargain!

The product analysed my disks and found files to be recovered and displayed them with the correct size in the preview, the product required purchase however to recover the files. After purchase I attempted to restore the files found by the software to an External Hard disk, to my local hard disk and to an FTP server, every time the files recovered were 0KB in size with no data.

I paid an extra £13.48 + VAT for "Priority Support" it took their 24/7 Support team over 18 hours to respond. Clearly not as advertised.

The support teams response was that the files could not be recovered and I should have "tested" the software before purchase?

Recently I had trouble with my hard disk, where all my photos for many years were saved. I was very upset. I was advised by my brother to install the program Partition Recovery. With its help, I quickly recovered all data and now I'm not worried if something happens to my computer or hard drive, because now I can always restore my files. Partition Recovery is a very helpfull programm.

I've had a great experience of using Hetman Uneraser recently. I've spent some long hours working on an important document. And one of my colleagues deleted it by mistake using my computer. Luckily I noticed it immediately. It was the first time I've tried this very convenient tool. Now I'm not afraid to lose any documents. All of them can be recovered with the smart software.
