Stove Specialists of Shifnal
The company installed my fire on time and it is going OK. However, and it is a big however, the fake beam that was installed as a mantelpiece across the top of the log burner has come away from the wall.
I have called and whats apped the company on many occasions over the last 2/3 weeks and have received no answer to either my message or phone calls.
I would like them to rectify the problem, but the lack of respsonse has left me feeling angry. Best scenario would be for them to come out and re-place the fake beam. Until they get in contact how can this happen. In the meantime I am left with a mess in my living room.
