These are good gloves, but I simply expected them to last longer.

I bought a pair of Wakayama 5-finger gloves that haven’t been used much—at most six weeks in total over a period of about five years. One week of skiing per year, plus maybe an additional week in total. And the gloves have been treated with leather balm according to all the best practices.

The gloves have simply shrunk, so they no longer fit me. I honestly expected more from such an expensive and high-quality glove.

I reached out to Hestra about this, but they were unwilling to help find a solution, as they no longer consider them under warranty. I really expected better service and better gloves.

Disappointing!
