I ordered 2 of the famous jumpsuit and no way to return?? Nothing as shown on the tik toc video ….. these influencers should be held accountable for promoting such garbage. If i could give a zero stars I would!

It took 5-6 weeks to receive the item I purchased and when it came, it was nothing like the product picture/description and the sizing was awkward. I’ve tried emailing them 3 times to return and have not received a response. Now when I try to go to the website, it looks like the website has been shut down. I found an old email from them with a link that does still work, but takes me to a website called Original Pajamas (which has the same format as Her in Style, so I’m guessing they just changed their name). I’ve tried emailing them for the refund now, but think I’m probably out $60.

Ordered 2 items for $150. They took a month to receive and when I did, they're poor quality and look terrible on (NOTHING like the photos). I've emailed them 3 times to return them, with no response. Waste of money and time.

Immediately after placing my order, there arose a need to cancel the order, unfortunately. However, I was unable to contact a support team member either via phone, email or online chat. My account was charged the same day as purchase, and I was ultimately unable to receive a refund or successfully cancel the order. I was never able to locate a tracking number, despite using the 'Shop' app and receiving a singular email from Her In Style saying "item has shipped" but with no tracking number available. My order arrived nearly a month later, and the item barely resembled the item images online, and was of poor fabric quality. I would recommend that Her In Style SEVERELY increase their communication and customer service policies.

This company needs to be put out of business. DO NOT TRUST!!!!! I ordered two pieces that were pretty expensive. The photos I saw looked amazing, but what I got was a polyester nightmare and nothing like the description. No answers to emails for a return label request. I think I'll have to eat this one and chalk it up to being scammed AGAIN by another company from China, although they advertise being in New York...

Same as everyone else, I never received my order and they have not responded to any of my inquiries. Do not buy anything from them!!

HORRIBLE!!! Run!! It’s been six weeks and I have not received an order. You can’t get anybody on the phone. They don’t respond to email or chat.

I’m going to deny the credit card charge and let them get my money back.

I never received my boots. I've been trying too reach them every since I ordered my boots back in Jan of this yr. Here it is Oct 27 2022 I yet have received nor heard from them. Please don't order anything from this bogus company. Their rip off. -0 stars from me.

Please please please. Do not order from them! They will take your money and not deliver your items. I ordered September 10, 2021 and it’s February 1, 2022. I have been in correspondence with them however, they are lying to me about refunding my money. They stated they would refund me once my bank chargeback has closed. It was closed and they telling me to wait! I’ve already been waiting. I spend almost $230. I’m very upset! I’m also going to go further and make a small claims.

I never received my boots nor my money back!!! Its been over a month, plus they said it was delivered obviously not to my address. BAD BUSINESS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Do not buy from them! I purchase two pair of boots from them a month ago and I live in Atlanta Georgia and they were delivered to Ohio! Definitely a scam!

I ordered boots on October 11th 2021! I still don't have them!! I have repeatedly tried to email and phone this company with no response. Looks like I am out the money I paid for the boots. PayPal was quick to take my money but also refuses to respond to efforts to get my order refunded~ Both of them suck! I thought PayPal was a reputable company but it seems they do business with anyone regardless of their reputation.

This company literally sucks!! Tracking is some false crap they came up with! I never received my order and I paid 84$ for. They are LOSERS!

I ordered shoes 10/1. I tracked my package several times and yesterday, it was delivered in Hendersonville NC. I don’t even live in NC. So why would my package be sent to NC. The address is a empty home. This company is a SCAM. Do not waste your time ordering from them. Rip off is an understatement. They don’t even deserve one star.

SCAM.... I ordered boots in September 17, haven't gotten them yet.... I also received an email mail saying they were shipped September 28, with a tracking number I can't track! SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
