Found an out of stock yarn on Herrschners site at a great price. The order was delivered within 7 days & I was able to finish my project. Would definitely shop here again.

2nd order and still a great experience. 5 days from order to arrival - that's just awesome in my book.

Too bad there is no option to chose negative stars because that is all this company deserves. Never again will I order from them. My order was shipped 9 days ago and still there is no tracking history. They take your money but do nothing to ensure you receive the product. Customer service stinks. They will not refund my money.

I placed an order with this company for the first time and I was very pleased. Shipping was quick, had an issue with a code being applied, but Debbie and Mickey were so pleasant and helpful to work with. I will be ordering from them again, I was very pleased!!!

Will never use them again customer service could care less. First and last time ordering. I feel like I wasted 43 of my hard earned dollars for nothing. I was told oh well about my order they don't really deserve 1 star will tell everyone never use this company

Will never do business with them again as their customer service is horrible. They lie to you. Do not honor what they say they will do. If they owe you a refund, they hope that you forget about it & force you to call back to inquire. If a customer service rep tells you something, don't expect it to be the truth - they WON'T honor it. All they care about is the money. Not a satisfied customer who would do business with them in the future. Haley even hung up on me when I stated that I would be returning the majority of my $500+ order. That will cost me money so I'm leaving negative reviews every place that I can to warn people about this not so honest company. Be very careful if you place an order with them.

Always seem to have good sales/prices. Shipping is quick and a reasonable price. My mother used to order yarn from then years ago when you had to order from a catalog and she always found them to be a good store. I placed my first order during quarantine and even with potential delays it arrived quickly. Second order arrived just as quickly.

I have been ordering supplies from Herrschners like crazy lately. Because of the Corona virus I have been stuck at home for several months as I am at very high risk. Herrschners has been great ! My orders have been delivered very quickly and they have been having sales on all kinds of crafting and needle work supplies. You do have to pay shipping but it's well worth it as you get quality supplies and quick service. I highly recommend! They also have a club you can join, I can't remember how much it was a year maybe $29 but you save 10% on your orders for a year, if you order like I do you make up the difference in two or three orders.
