I recently purchased from Herons PetWorld and had an issue with receivership of a package. Ebay and Royal Mail had stated that the package was delivered but I had not received it. After contacting Herons and messages passed back and forth they trusted my claim and quickly sent me a replacement package. The second one I did receive. I thanked Herons for their understanding, trust and rectifying the issue. They were helpful and polite. From my experience I will definitely buy from them again and recommend this business to others.

i have purchased pond pellets and flakes several times and found it to be a great value and a great product my fish are thriving on them ,a great company with and super speedy delivery

I’ve been ordering online from Herons for approx a year. I’m truly grateful to them for their speed of service and aqauarium products available. You can purchase the amounts you need and they are delivered promptly. I have a fish pond with 7 large fish who are happy and healthy, thanks to Herons.I don’t purchase flake food anymore as it polluted the pond but Herons natural fish foods are perfect for keeping fish happy and healthy and pond water clear. Thank you everyone at Herons for your excellent service from ordering to delivery. 👍👌

I have used Herons quite a few times now and have always had super service. On the very rare occasion there has been a problem, they have always been straight on it to the Customers benefit. They have been a pleasure to deal with, with high quaulity product assured.

I have purchased Herons fancy goldfish sinking pellets for over 12 months. It is a high quality food and my fish love it. They look healthy and their colours are vibrant.

I've purchased various foods for both my aquariums and koi pond from Herons over the years, also aquarium and pond products. Their variety is great and also their prices are some of the best out there.. The foods are of good quality and always delivered in super quick time. Just recently the delivery company ( not Herons) caused a minor hitch. Herons were brilliant. Their communication and speed they sorted everything for me was great. I would highly recommend them to everybody. Try Herons you won't regret it.

Extremely helpful with my first order. Royal mail held my parcel for almost a week ,I contacted Heron pet world for a solution and that were more than helpful. what is great about herons is their range of quility fish food and other products in relation to the aqutic hobby. the fish food is excellent and all of my fish enjoy eating it which helps keep my fish healthy and in good shape. when ever i have contacted them for advice they have always been most helpful. they are always polite and very understanding. i would certainly recommend them to anyone who keeps tropical fish or other pets.

EXCELLENT quality of food AND service! My doggies adored them so so much I've never seen them that keen to eat so fast haha. But I'll limit their treats as they'd rather eat them all as they're greedy little ones... Thankyou again for your amazing service communication I appreciate how fast you contact... Means alot...

Excellent delivery. Most of all good quality, I have used your products for a while and my fish and shrimps enjoy their food very much. I never get any left over or water discolouration. Top class.

This is the 2nd time Ive bought from them, the first time they redelivered and put things right so I have given them another go. Very helpful comms and I await the delivery tomorrow. Arrived safely today (06/01/26)

They quickly replaced the food I had purchased for my fish. I would have left a negative comment but they really sorted everything out and we're so polite and helpful. Any problems were dealt with very quickly without a fuss. I will use their service again 5**** service thank you so much
