My first property purchase has been a new build by Hearitage Eastate. Not only has the process been smooth, working with their suggested estate agent, but the standard of the property I've just moved into is very high. From the Smeg kitchen to the floor to ceiling windows with wooden frames, the bathroom and the underfloor heating. It's certainly worth the money I have paid for it and I'll certainly be keeping an eye on the new builds they start in the future and looking at them as solid investment opportunities.
