Not surprised with all the negative reviews they did the say thing to me.Pre ordered batman girls night out pack and never got it. At all told them multiple times to give me a refund back never did. Ghosted me lost $ people need to know about this.

Total scammers! Ghosted after pre-ordering a year ago.

Horrible company, had ordered 3 figures which I never received well over 5 months after the order, tried contacting the store just to be ghosted by them and they wouldn’t return calls or emails, over $150 for my order and had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

They delete items in your order history. I preordered some mcfarlane figures, payed for them, then they disappeared.
Also preordered $300 of transformers also gone. I’m out over $400 and now the website’s no longer up.
I hope these assholes get what they deserve one day.

Ordered the Optimus Prime on 2024 August, they took my money from my credit card, and nothing. I've emailed them 6x, went on live chat (no response) !!

Ordered figure 10 days ago. Hasn't shipped. No reply to email. You guys can keep the money. Karma is a bit*h and you'll get yours down the road.

I have asked for a refund for my pre-orders at least 20 times and they haven't responded once. I have a feeling they are now out of business and have not taken down the website as it hasn't changed in months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I'm pretty sure they don't exist anymore.

My initial orders were excellent, but the quality has since plummeted, going from the best to the absolute worst. This company failed to refund my pre-order almost two(2) years ago, despite repeated requests via voicemail and email. Their previous responses regarding the refund have been inaccurate. Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. The Owner's response in Google is a complete lie; they ignore requests while maintaining a facade of good faith in public.

I have tried reaching them I have paid for multiple items using After Pay then billed to my credit card. The one time they answered the phone said they would cancel orders, they said they did but I have no refund and not sure what to do. They must owe me over $300. Does anyone have any advice? I will see if I can track down the payments made to my credit card and tell them I have been a victim of fraud, orders not filled and no refunds.

Do not trust this seller! I bought a figure in September and have still not received the it. Multiple attempts to contact seller with no reply until I raised a dispute through PayPal. No follow up from seller and still no figure and, again, communication blackout. This person will take your money and leave you high and dry!

I currently have four separate orders that JERE TO SERVE YOU has not filled they took my money and they have not kept their obligation! Extremely angry and upset buyer beware!! I have reached out to them with zero response!!

I used to give this company 5 stars but now they are a 1. Placed an order in May 2024 and never received it. I wanted to get a refund. I used the "Contact Us" page but got no response. I emailed them and got no response. I called them and got their voice mail and no response. Buy your figures somewhere else

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.
I order 2 toys in October to be here for Christmas. I was charged for both plus separate shipping. One toy arrived within a reasonable time, the second one still has not. It has been 4 months of reaching out through Shop App, email, website, and phone. While initially costumer service responded and ensured me it was coming. They have since stopped answering me and will not send a refund.
This stinks of bad business practice and poor customer service. I am very disappointed and hope they find a way to make this right.
I would spend your money elsewhere and save the trouble.

I pre-ordered an item on September 10, 2024 which was listed to be delivered that month. I had sent a couple of emails if there were any updates in regards to when my purchase would be shipped since I hadn't heard anything. I have sent three emails since the new year requesting a refund and still no responses. The site is still stating September for delivery although now it is added in the listing that the item is SOLD OUT. I had paid the extra fee for in-box collector as well. Very poor customer service. Buyer beware!

Avoid this seller. No contact, no response to attempts to communicate. Orders going back six months never shipped, well past the listed shipping date. On top of that add misleading shipping dates on the product pages that have never been updated (I have time stamped screen shots). If you're looking for a good online toy seller, try bigbadtoystore.com instead. Sadly Trustpilot does not allow 0 stars.

Ordered on backorder, when they were able to they filled the order and were communicative when prompted.

I've been waiting for over a week just to get the Seller to answer his e-mail. Delay in orders, no communication, no updates. Very sad !!

Ordered a Marvel Legends figure from them back in May 2024. I kept in contact throughout the Summer, assured my order would go out with the next wave of shipments. By September, still had not received the figure and wrote to them. Still nothing. I finally contacted them again this past month (January!) asking about refunds or store credit. All communication has stopped. I'm outside of PayPal's contest time now. It's too bad, I've heard good things otherwise. I was too patient. Calling it a loss.

Shipping was fast and my item was packaged well. Figure I received is awesome.
