We also appreciate the note about the building’s exterior and common areas; we are currently updating our listings to include more comprehensive photos of the entrances and elevators to provide a full picture before move-in.

Regarding our photos, we regularly update our portfolio to ensure they reflect the current state of our properties. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on balancing our high-touch service with clear expectations.
