They emailed me a discount code to use with a 48 hour expiry. I was trying to make a purchase, but it wouldn’t let me do PayPal payment option, but wasn’t giving any other payment options?? So I went onto their chat and they said the website is closed until mid February. So why did they send a discount code that you can’t even use? The person closed the chat before answering my other questions. Not good customer service, and shouldn’t be emailing fake discounts.
Glad I found this review site and saw other people have had issues with customer service too.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
They are based in China with a front in New Jersey. Their checkout process is DELIBERATELY confusing! I wanted 1 item, but in the checkout process when you usually come to a confirmation page, I actually ordered a 2nd item. I COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER!! I sent numerous emails telling them to delete the 2nd item or cancel the order entirely, but to no avail. Unlike other reviewers, I did actually receive the items. So I decided to return the unwanted one, but to do so you have to send the item back to China. And get this: YOU have to pay the shipping!!

Are you kidding me??

I argued back and forth with them over email, but it soon became evident that it's just a robot responding. So finally I decided to cut my losses and accept the 20% refund they offered and keep the stupid product I don't want.

And by the way the product is of inferior quality. I got the sofaspanx, and 2 of the straps pulled right off as I was installing it.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I received a refund on my purchase eventually.....

I have paid for two covers and did not receive my order.
Her dream home is not responding to my e-mails either
They sent me an e-mail saying if my order was not picked up in two days it would be destroyed...gave me a tracking number number and phone number I called they did not have tracking number in their system
They also said it was sent by post —- checked their twice. they did not have it either.
Could this be a fake company?
They do have a very bad rating on Trustpilot
Think I have been had for $80

I was asked to cover the sofa and the amount was deducted from the credit card, but there is no response and was not shipped for two months despite sending messages and we do not receive a response, and then I learned that I was subjected to a scam

I have ordered some sofa covers and by a mistake pressed the button "stock up order" directly after i send a cancelation email to cancel the "stock up order line", the ammount was booked of my credit card and never received any response on my several emails or messages send via "contact us" on the company website.
IN THE MEANTIME I BELIEVE IT IS A TOTAL FAKE COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE; CANCELATION AND NEITHER RECEIVE ANY GOODS :-((
My advice is keep hand of this company.

I ordered two sofa covers from this company and they added a further cover - that I do not want, to the order. I have emailed their support team five times in the past week. Despite receiving four spam emails from them, they have still not received an acknowledgement to my mails to take off the unwanted item, and have charged me full whack for same
