Purchased a coat that looked fabulous on the advert that came on facebook, should have looked at the reviews before purchasing, the coat is of very poor quality, it was so creased, the coat does not fit it wasnt lined and the arms are like flares avoid at all cost

Not even 1 star. Been totally scammed coat was absolutely rubbish quality. Not at all like advertised smelt of cheap plastic! Cannot return no address. Emailed offered a discount not to return just like other reviews. Now not even answering site removed and I believe they have changed their trading name. I’m going to try and recoup my money through the bank! How can they do this!

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star . I have been scammed of £90 !!
The jumper was inferior quality did not resemble the illustration and would only fit a 9 year old….I’d ordered extra large !
The dress was so inferior it is hard to describe and did not bear any resemblance to the illustration. I had ordered Large but it could have fitted a 30 stone person (420 lbs or 190kg ). It was shapeless and ugly . Even the material was inferior quality.
I have had to put it all down to experience and I will NEVER order anything that ‘ pops up’ on the internet again.

No stars to be honest. The £50 coat I ordered was as thin as a shirt, not lined, and of no quality at all. Took 4 weeks to be delivered. Like others, I was offered a 50% discount on other items but refused this and requested a refund. 25% was offered, but I disputed this and they said 30%. I've not heard a word since, despite sending numerous emails.
A total scam, don't buy anything from them. Ought to be called Herdman China, not the glossy London website they use.

I had ordered a coat and waited over 3 weeks for delivery, I was shocked when the coat arrived, its very poor quality and doesn't look like it did online . I have requested a return and refund 3 times ! I've not received an aknowlegement of my emails and there is no phone number to call them . Avoid !!!

No star rating would be better- I have the same problem as many others, bought a coat which is the worst quality possible and they only offer 50% off another purchase instead of returning the coat and reimbursing the cost.

There should be a minus star rating. I ordered a jumper, which I have never received. I have sent several emails which have been ignored

One star is too much. It says returns are allowed but when you ask for one they fob you off with trying to give you a free item instead. Quality of the clothes is awful. The company is a scam and i will be taking this further

The item you think you’re buying is not what arrives, it’s simply a very poor mock up version of a lovely pictured item.
No customer service of any note. Returns impossible, refunds impossible.

I would give a minus score if possible. The company is a total scam. I ordered four items, two of which I wish to return. Each response to my email has been to offer me a reduction in the amount that I have spent and totally ignored my stating that I want a full refund. Do not order any items with this company. I would have preferred to flush the money down the toilet.

Please avoid this company.at all costs.late delivery ,item far too small not what I ordered. Have sent 10 emails asking for arefund under their returns policy and absolutely no reply, so have probably lost my money.

Ordered top in 2 sizes. Took ages to arrive, poor quality and they won’t refund!

This company took weeks to deliver and when I received the top I laughed; it was so badly made with mismatched sleeves the material which was supposed to be silky was ribbed! Put it in the bin .

Absolutely scam!!bought a coat 100 pounds as it was on sake..it looked lovely on the website but when I received it the quality was absolutely very poor,fitting was big and when I asked for a refund they offered me to keep the coat and they'd give me 50% off my next purchase!!im absolutely fuming as they're not even able to refund me fully!im now with a cheap shit coat that I cant even wear and not even a discount voucher!!(not that I would ever buy anything ever again from this rubbish scams)!!

Do not use Herdman London. They are a bid scam. The clothes were the poorest quality I’ve come across. Have requested a refund but I understand, having researched the company, after I received the clothes, that this is a scam company not even located in London. Wish I checked reviews beforehand. Please do not waste your money on this company.

Ordered a yellow jumper. It arrived. A dirty brown colour. Covered in bobbles. Far too short. Sleeves didn’t even reach my wrist. Poor quality. Can’t even check the size as it has no labelling. So many emails. Like others told to keep it and get a %off. But it’s too small and so ugly
They want me to pay postage but I’ve told them it’s their responsibility as the garment is not what I ordered and poor quality. Keep well away. There’s also a Manchester online shop selling the same

The coat I purchased was £49.99 and the quality is very poor. In face it is mot made well and the cuffs turn inside out when yoj put it on. The tailoring is so bad. I asked for a refund and was offered 50% off my next purchase and keep the coat as it would be expensive to send it back. I declined and again asked for a refund, i was offered £7.50 and to keep the coat! I don’t want the coat, £50 for something I eon’t wear. I have emailed 3 times since but no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered 2 jumpers, but cancelled 7 minutes after placing the order. They still sent. Just received after 10 days. Very poor quality. 1 of the jumpers wasn’t even finished off properly. Would fall apart.
Have tried getting in touch, but only a email address.
It’s a complete scam. Please stay away from this Company.

I would give 0 if I could. Substandard clothes thatvare nothing like those advertised then charge you ridiculous prices to return the item. STAY ClEAR.

Dont buy from this sute, top i have just received, sophie lace top is nothing like as described. Its not lace detail at all , its just orinted onto poor quality fabric, plus no double collar. Highly suspect this site is also linked in some way to the people scamming from williams london clothing site. Total scam
