Valentin was super clear, professional and helpful from start to finish. Providing a sensible quote, being patient whilst we were waiting for completion and executing the move with calmness and support. It was a 2 day big move and I am super grateful.

I would absolutely recommend Hercules Movers to anyone. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! It was easy to arrange for a quote, Valentin answered all my questions, and I felt confident in the team to deliver a smooth moving day. I worked with Zoe to organize the move, and she is one of the most professional, competent, and thoughtful people I have ever worked with. The five person crew who moved us was also incredible. They were on time, highly professional, communicated with me effectively throughout the day, and did a phenomenal job. They not only moved our possessions, but also dismantled and reassembled all of our beds and wardrobes on the day…which was no small feat. I was also grateful for to the team for taking away/recycling a large number of furniture items that we no longer needed, at no cost to us. That was an invaluable part of the service, and made life SO much easier and less stressful. I have nothing but the highest praise for Hercules Movers, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their move. The process is transparent, the entire team a joy to work with, and it made all the difference in the world to work with a team I totally trusted to help with our big move. Thanks to everyone!!!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hercules. They are punctual, hard working and efficient. Valentin and his team made moving day run smoothly, getting my house packed up quickly and efficiently, and unloading at my new house, carefully putting everything in the right place. And Zoe was always very helpful on the phone.

We had the most fantastic team who throughout and even before the day , made endless problems disappear. After too many delays, somehow Valentin and Zoe reintroduced a sense of calm and drove us gently forward to removal day.

We were so impressed with John and his entire team. We do not hesitate to recommend them as the only removers to get!

We’d like to thank the entire team of course . We are working slowly through the boxes but seriously, we could not have done it without their professionalism . I’d like to thank them particularly for placing all our beloved pots so neatly during the three hour gap from finishing exactly at 1pm to past 4.30pm before we could get in. They could have just dumped them but they didn’t ; they lined them up beautifully . It was a joy to see some order after losing our beautiful garden.
We shall not forget the kindness, the sheer hard work , caring and commitment that the team demonstrated.

We had a super experience moving with Hercules Movers. Valentin provided us with a quote that was very competitive, and carefully explained the whole procedure from packing to moving. We chose the comprehensive service including packing, and that was done meticulously and efficiently. On the day, Jon and his team were very friendly, and the whole process was well managed and stress free. I’m very satisfied with the service provided for our move from Cambridge to Cumbria, The team was professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings from start to finish.
The team arrived right on time at both ends of the trip. Timing was especially important for us due to the distance and they stuck to the schedule exactly, great team and hassle free move.

We used Hercules to pack and move us and the whole team was excellent. Very professional, careful, and considerate - would highly recommend!

Valentin and his team were absolutely fabulous, ensuring our house move went ahead despite not knowing if we were even moving 24 hours in advance. Nothing was to much trouble (or too heavy) for them. The whole team worked amazingly hard and efficiently meaning our old house was cleared in record time, and we could crack on with getting the new one sorted. We had a fantastic experience with Valentin and his team moving us from Cambridge to our new 3rd-floor flat in Glasgow. They were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They handled our belongings with great care, wrapping and securing everything perfectly. They disassembled and reassembled furniture. It really took the stress out of the whole process. Valentin and the Hercules team did such a fabulous job for us, I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They were flexible in adjusting our move date into two parts to accommodate our travel up to Scotland in advance.

I do not have enough good things to say about how friendly, courteous and professional the whole team was. We were really up against it and they were patient and helpful throughout collection and delivery.

Valentin, thanks so much for getting our stuff to us bang on time. You made our new start in Scotland as easy as possible.

Valentin and his team were brilliant; swift, methodical, professional and courteous. They worked together well, worked really hard and were personable and witty, taking time to make us feel comfortable. We really don’t think any other removals team could surpass this service. They arrived promptly at 8.45am, cracked on with the job and got us out of our old house by 12.30 and into our new one by 4pm on the same day. Nothing was too much trouble for them, not a thing was broken or damaged, and they made a point of making sure that we were happy with everything before leaving. We saved the packing boxes they gave us, for recycling, and Valentin collected them a week later (calling us first to let us know he was coming). Would highly recommend Hercules Movers; they honestly couldn’t have done anything better. 10/10. We are very pleased! 😃🏠

We were very happy to find Hercules for our 4-bed house move. First they were very helpful and proactive in accomodating our completion date - which kept being changed.
Second they were great with communications - always responsive and polite
Third, and most importantly, they were awesome for the actual move. They were careful and very organised, not rushing to get first wrapped quicker. I highly appreciated their dedication to their customers.
In short, absolutely fabulous service - yes they may not be the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but Valentin and his team are worth every penny.

We hired Valentín and his team for moving house in Cambridge (services of packing and moving) . They did a fantastic and professional job. Their attention to detail, dedication, flexibility and excellent attitude made a huge difference for us.

What a fantastic company! From start to finish we were kept informed about the process, and the guys worked very hard. They are so friendly that it was more like being moved by mates!

We moved with Hercules movers and we were 100% satisfied. Not only they offer better price than competitors but they have a great team. They were working very efficiently and always with good humor. I also liked their environmental politics where they reuse the boxes and the wrapping paper. We will use them again in the next move.

This is the first moving company that I feel really deserves a 5 star review! Valentin was extremely helpful in supplying me with a quote via Zoom and happily answered many of my questions. His friendly attitude was one of the main reasons I picked this company.

Then when John and Alex arrived on the day to do the move, they too were extremely helpful and friendly, and whenever I asked something, they were always willing to help. They even managed to fit a few extra items on the day that I requested which was greatly appreciated!

What also impressed me was how fast they were. They managed to pack a Luton van full of various furniture items and beds from a 3 bedroom house, drive to the new house, unpack and place the items at the requested floors all in around 3hrs!

I'll definitely use them again in the future for any moving needs!

This company deserves to succeed. They were clear when we enquired about our move from Cambridge to South Wales, were helpful when we had to discuss options and the price was very good compared to others. The removal van turned up early and arrived at the destination in good time. The crew were prompt, efficient, careful and very helpful throughout as were Zoe in the office and Valentin who leads this excellent, customer-oriented operation.
