No delivery or tracking very disappointed.

I got lulled into a false sense of security (again), after my orders in the last few months arrived really quickly. However, this last order (£65), wasn't acknowledged, no tracking number, but they took my money quite happily. I have used these people for years, and am still owed £100 from a couple of years ago, but that's it now, never again. You have been warned.

I’m owed two orders,£70 down the drain with no reply to my communications. Are they so stoned they don’t know what they’re doing? Anyone know of any other more reliable sites?

HTR are back, but worse than ever. They are trying to shift old stock, i did receive something just not what I ordered + it took ages. Much better alternatives available.

Arrived, after getting the email about the new site

I received the email about the new website and ordered 2 chocolate bars last Friday and it was delivered today.

Well I'll be deleting all my other reviews from here that praised them. It's now just absolute robbery. I'd been using them for 4 years. But like other reviews have said, they're still happily taking peoples money while never sending anything and completely ignoring you when you contact them.
They've even got a "chat bot" now.
Don't be fooled by any new reviews that are above one star. I'd have given them none at all but that ain't an option.

OK been using these guys for about 5 years. Never had an issue until last year when an order never turned up. Eventually got a tracking number which didn't appear to exist. Thought I'd give them one last chance due to a really good deal they were offering. Next 4 orders turned up with no issues. For ...reasons haven't used them for a few months but it looks like the old problems may be back. Puts me off TBH. Seems like it's a punt basically although I have to say the vast majority of orders I have had no problems with. Confusing.

I've used HTR for 5 years for my woodburning supplies with no issues until now.
Similar to what others have said, my order hasn't even been processed after a week, when previously the goods would arrive within 5 days. Also reached out by email and chat, with no reply.
Unlike what some have said though, it should be clarified that HTR was never a scam - like I said, up until now the service was exceptional.

I'm hoping there's just been a set back due to relocation or logistics, maybe they're working through back orders - in which case I'll update once things change and are all clear again.

The goods arrived - all good and seems like our friends are back in business.
Really happy and will continue to stick by them.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 5 years and have recommended it to many of my friends. My last order from March was never shipped. I received no response via email or WhatsApp.
Do not waste your time or money.

Got instant reply when l left this review it said F *** YOU! They wont refund either, the good reviews are clearly fake so be warned & spend your hard earned elsewhere SCAMMERS, take a look at their replies to other bad reviews then you'll see the truth. Also scroll down to 'how this company uses trustpilot' when you look up HTR on here, it says 26% bad reviews, not the 15% it states here so check it out!!

Update! all communications have stop and still no products received. Avoid these scammers! having used this site for a couple of years now and been very happy with thier products. Unfortunately they have been getting things a bit wrong recently. However after not receiving my order yet that was placed on the 31st March and after multiple emails with only one sort reply about clearing a backlog, I eventually found a WhatsApp number and sent them a message. I got a reply after a few hours and they have said that they have been moving premises and that all orders are now being sent out. So hopefully my order of nearly £200 will turn up in the next couple of days. I mentioned that it would probably be a good idea to inform their customers of said move instead of ignoring all the emails.
Hopefully I'll be able to change this to a more positive review if things start to improve 🙏

I find it difficult to write a negative review, based on the fact that they have never, ever let me down in the last couple of years that I have been shopping with them.

I made an order on the 7th April, but still not received anything as yet. This I find to be quite odd, I normally receive most orders within three days after payment. I have tried to contact them numerous times by email, but no reply, which is also odd because they normally reply to emails quite quickly.

I'm still quite optimistic about receiving my order, I just wish they would reply to emails and say what's going on....

So fingers crossed.......

Unfortunately it seems like they are willing to take orders but not send the product, messaged them multiple times without reply. If they had replied or left an out if office I wouldn't have left a bad review but due to lack of a response all I can say is avoid at all costs.

Hi I have ordered of these guys on April 3rd,they haven't answered my emails,I spent £151.25 for 4/20

I ain't confident but gutted however if it's sorted I will have to change my way of trust,however👿Today I went past the postman and handed me a lil parcel in it had all the hash I ordered in just waiting for the next one or if it still out of stock let me order another item.I put rating up to 3 as 1 was to low anyway.wish they were quicker on the phone ,email

Still no replies about my missing items so just not worth the stress anymore after a month of chasing and getting no where.

Shame as used to be reliable but past few reviews agree with me and not worth the risk anymore

I have bought many times and never had any issues until now, ordered on the 3rd April and still says processing and not sent. I have sent 3 emails and have never got one reply or update. Looks like this will be my final order as this is too stressful waiting over 3 weeks and impossible to get any update. Shame as all my other reviews have been 5 stars

Finally half of my order has turned up I think as its unbranded and not sure it's the one I ordered.

*update* After like 8 emails I tried to email them with a different account - they immediately got back to me saying they're currently shipping backlog (but after 3 more weeks I've received nothing). It's clear they have my original email blocked or have been purposefully ignoring me. If they can treat me like this as a long time returning customer who has just been asking for them to ship my order it's obvious how they'd treat a newbie, I would 100% not recommended.

I've shopped with these guys for nearly 5 years now and the stuff they sell is legit (pretty mid and pricey tho) but goddamn are they bad at shipping orders out and I'm pretty sure they check their emails like once a year. I've found that certain items (like the vapes) are prone to being delayed or not even being shipped out. Normally I'd email a couple times and they'd eventually get back to me and ship my order out but most recent order still hasn't turned up after nearly 6 weeks and I've got no reply after sending countless emails to check on things. It sucks because like I said I've been shopping with these guys for years now so it's just disappointing to see they've got no respect for their customer base.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Herbalisttea Room. The quality of the products is generally good, and they offer a nice variety, but the service can be inconsistent. While some orders arrive on time and are handled well, I’ve also experienced delays and issues with missing items, and communication hasn’t always been great. Overall, it’s a decent company, but there’s room for improvement. 3 stars.

Delivered in 2 days, ordered on 22nd dec, came on 24th dec. Made my xmass! Brilliant job! cheers!
