Thank you for helping me change my order so quickly!

Please read this honest and fair review before ordering from this company. I placed a $146 order a week ago and my card charged at that time. I was shocked my order is still sitting in the unfulfilled category due to the 24 hour shipping policy. I finally reached out after a week of no updates or tracking number. I will say they replied quickly to my concern, however the reply was very disappointing. Copy and pasted reply below:
"Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry that your order hasn't shipped yet. We are in the process of moving to a new warehouse which is why the order hasn't shipped. These will ship once we finish setting up our new facility, probably next week."
Probably next week? No thank you, I have already waited a week and had to reach out to you, I really was expecting them to tell me a glitch happened and they will get it out today, but instead they said it depends on when they get done setting up their new facility and maybe they will get to it next week? I have asked for a refund and they said it was issued and will reflect on my account in a few days, so we will see. I would think they would post shipping delays due to moving on website and allow customers to make an informed decisions if they want to pay for something and wait for weeks. I went back to website to see if maybe I missed it, but nope the 24 hour shipping policy still in place. I did give two stars for the quick response to my emails, however owning a wellness business myself, this is not a company I want to do business with. Very disappointed. In all fairness I would like to say the lady in customer service did respond quickly to my emails, its just not what you want to hear.

On a recent order, I forgot to enter my Discount Code. They promptly replied to my email and manually processed a refund for the difference. Great customer support and products. This is a great small family-run company you can feel good about supporting.

I've been using Pure Bliss whenever I have bad anxiety for about a year now and it's helped a lot. Recently, I had trouble ordering it through the site so I emailed them and they took care of everything!

I have been using these products for years through Amazon. They don't offer my favorite one anymore so I wrote directly to the company. The customer service is quick and thorough. Very friendly thoughtful people. Will ALWAYS recommend this company.

Product ordering was smooth, I made an error by adding an extra item, I notified the company, and they immediately corrected my error. I will purchase from Herb Affair again.
