I was struggling with hair loss after college and no treatment brought it back. I was a little bit scared in the beginning, because i had heard that turkey is risky for girls traveling on their own. Then i got in contact with Helga , she assured me that Istanbul is safe and that the services included pick up and drop of as well as accommodation.

I met a lot of people in the airplane traveling solo and i understood that istanbul was safe, yet as soon as i landed my driver picked me up and send me to a quite nice hotel and even the next day he was still waiting for me to send me to the clinic.

In the clinic the staff was very friendly and very careful. The clinic was very hygenic and cute.

After i got back i regreted i didnt stay some extra days as a tourist but at least i left with my confidence and hair back.

I did have a good scare during the second month eventhough i was informed of the shock my hair would go through. In a few weeks i started to grow some small hair and every week i noticed more and more , now that it has been about 1 year i can say that the implanted area looks exactly the same as the other parts of my hair and no one can tell it is not my real hair.

I want to thank Helga for being there for me and explaining everything to me in details.

It took me a while to leave a review but i wanted to make sure i received everything promised before i recommended it to anyone else .

If you are thinking of a hair transplant , dont think longer this place is for you. If they say they can do it they definitely can.

I have not actually been to this business yet but I'm scheduled to be there in November. But, I can tell you the customer service prior to arrival has been stellar. Every single question I have gets answered within hours. Helga, has been an amazing support and extremely professional which is one of the reasons why I chose Hera Hair Solutions. I can ask a question anytime of the day and it's like she doesn't sleep... there's always a response within a couple hours! If you do use this business make sure you ask for Helga as she will take great care of you.
