I recently purchased some clothes, the quality of the hoodies and bottoms I bought is out of this world. I returned the jeans as wasn’t my size so waiting on replacements. I spoke to an agent Zoe today she was very helpful. Great prices for good quality

Hope customer service will now contact me by phone.
Ok where to start I placed my order obviously paid for it requested it was delivered to an Evri pick up shop. I received notification the parcel had been dispatched to Evri , then another to say there had been a delay in delivery, then nothing until I had another notification that they couldn’t deliver and were sending the parcel back to Hera as they had either tried to deliver to the drop off without success or that the parcel was damaged. I have tried several times to contact both Evri and Hera but you cannot actually speak to anyone the majority of the time you can only connect with AI or a Bot same difference useless. I am now without my item and also the money I have paid for it! Unsure how this is good customer service and truly at a loss as to why I am the one who has to suffer through no fault of my own. Hera are aware that the item is being returned through their carriers updates so why can’t they just send me a replacement item asap??? Shocking service! Then to top it off I have been sent an email to review my recent purchase!! Well here you go!

I used to be a die hard HERA fan for…
I used to be a die hard HERA fan for years the quality, comfort and texture of the clothes never losing there shape or feel. Last two years different story no idea if it’s since the take over but it’s the opposite I would 9/10 what I order is low quality and doesn’t have the same feel or last - often after 1 wash I see my jumpers, hoodies and t shirts completely change I’ve given it 3 orders due to a great relationship with HERA but have to leave this honest review now.

Same size jeans, different fitting.
I bought 2 pairs of slim fit jeans, exact same pair but one was a dark blue and the other pair was black, exact same size aswell, but the black pair is way tighter than the blue pair which i found strange, they are smart though.
