I ordered two water bottles that never came. When emailed about it, they said it was delivered and signed for. They could not show me a signature and the delivery company was not any major company. The updates were extremely vague and generic. Then they said they would send a refund. There keep being “errors” and I still have no refund.
I asked at the 2 week mark when I should expect my order. They said that it shipped but didn’t have the tracking number? I continued to email and then they said it hasn’t shipped yet. They can’t provide a tracking number and won’t issue a return. Scam!!!
