Horrific aftersales experience! I bought a vehicle which I was really pleased with and was presented very well! The car then suffered an oil leak on my drive. I took it to a local garage as there was no oil left and they advised this was due to the sump plug not being placed back securely, this has left a stain on my driveway! I also noticed the air con was empty and requires recharge. I contacted Henson Motor Group who state they will refund me for the replacement oil, no mention of the damage caused to my drive way! They also refused to do anything about the air conditioning. I am now being ghosted and they are ignoring my request for update on the matter, as well as blocking me from there Facebook page! Terrible service I would avoid they cannot be trusted! RAC approved be chucked seems misleading, and now I will be escalating to the financial ombudsman.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
This company is a complete shambles, I bought a 17 plate Nissan from them in June 2025 now less than a year later it’s failed an MOT. I took my car back to them in November as there was a wind noise coming from the front of the car which they said it was my tyres, I tried to argue this at the time but they weren’t interested. Fast forward 5 months my car has failed its MOT on a front suspension arm (a suspension arm failing generates a wind noise before it’s completely gone) which I previously reported. They now do not want to help me even though my car has a 2 year warranty that can be repaired through their garage under warranty they want me to go through the RAC instead which again is more hassle when they could do it themselves! Regardless to anything if I didn’t have warranty my car would need repairs. I have had a health check with Nissan today and to fully get my car 100% it’s going to cost me £1200!! You do not expect to spend this amount of money after buying a car less than a year ago! Not to mention my husband also bought a Tesla from them the month after me that now has a broken battery!!! If I can give you any advice never buy a car from here, they will fob you off with all repairs and say they just can’t help! Regardless to miles, or what we originally reported my car is unroadworthy 10 months from purchase and this is unacceptable!
