Scott was amazing

Horrific aftersales experience

Horrific aftersales experience! I bought a vehicle which I was really pleased with and was presented very well! The car then suffered an oil leak on my drive. I took it to a local garage as there was no oil left and they advised this was due to the sump plug not being placed back securely, this has left a stain on my driveway! I also noticed the air con was empty and requires recharge. I contacted Henson Motor Group who state they will refund me for the replacement oil, no mention of the damage caused to my drive way! They also refused to do anything about the air conditioning. I am now being ghosted and they are ignoring my request for update on the matter, as well as blocking me from there Facebook page! Terrible service I would avoid they cannot be trusted! RAC approved be chucked seems misleading, and now I will be escalating to the financial ombudsman.

Callum was very kind, helpful and a lovely man all together, he talked me through buying my very first car on my own and everything was so simple and straightforward with him, could not recommend a better salesman!

Just purchased 3rd family car from Hensons ponteland road over couple of years . Great service from all the staff as always happy bunch and very helpful always trying to give a good deal and look after me that’s one of many reasons I do go back the back up service excellent thank you all again until my next car from yous .👍D noon

Henson Motorstore Newcastle

I purchased a Tesla and dealt with Darren at the motor store . Darren was decent from start to finish, listened to my requirements and importantly got back to me when he said he would. Straight forward, no B/S guy .
I purchased the car after seeing online and the first time I saw it was at the point of purchase. The handover was trouble free and thorough . Overall a decent experience and can thoroughly recommend Darren who was a decent guy from start to finish . M

Ask for Tom Kenny

Ask for Tom Kenny! Young lad but knows his business. Henson Motor Group, very helpful very flexible and supportive throughout.

Tom was great at making sure the car was ready to go. As i had work the same day.

Car was immaculate and defiantly a bargain!

I asked about any issues and they hid nothing!

They even topped up the car which saved me £60!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID
This company is a complete shambles, I bought a 17 plate Nissan from them in June 2025 now less than a year later it’s failed an MOT. I took my car back to them in November as there was a wind noise coming from the front of the car which they said it was my tyres, I tried to argue this at the time but they weren’t interested. Fast forward 5 months my car has failed its MOT on a front suspension arm (a suspension arm failing generates a wind noise before it’s completely gone) which I previously reported. They now do not want to help me even though my car has a 2 year warranty that can be repaired through their garage under warranty they want me to go through the RAC instead which again is more hassle when they could do it themselves! Regardless to anything if I didn’t have warranty my car would need repairs. I have had a health check with Nissan today and to fully get my car 100% it’s going to cost me £1200!! You do not expect to spend this amount of money after buying a car less than a year ago! Not to mention my husband also bought a Tesla from them the month after me that now has a broken battery!!! If I can give you any advice never buy a car from here, they will fob you off with all repairs and say they just can’t help! Regardless to miles, or what we originally reported my car is unroadworthy 10 months from purchase and this is unacceptable!

I had such a lovely experience buying my car from Charlie from start to finish. What I really appreciated was how he sourced the car specifically for me, taking into account exactly what I was looking for and my budget. It felt so personal, and he absolutely delivered on everything I wanted.

He really took the time to make sure everything felt right for me. There was no pressure at all just honest advice and a warm, approachable attitude that made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free experience.
