Fraudulent activity from Henry Schein…
My recent experience with Henry Schein Australia has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I placed an online order through their Australian website, located at Building 3 Level 6, 189 O'Riordan St, Mascot, NSW, and paid via PayPal. However, the problems began immediately after completing my purchase.
Firstly, I never received any confirmation email or invoice for my order. This lack of basic communication left me concerned about whether my order was even processed correctly.
Attempting to rectify this, I tried contacting their customer service via phone multiple times over several days. Shockingly, no one picked up the phone. Not a single time. It felt like calling into a void.
Turning to email as an alternative, I sent inquiries regarding my order status. To my dismay, there has been absolute radio silence from Henry Schein. No response whatsoever.
In a last-ditch effort to reach them, I posted a message on their Facebook page detailing my experience. To my surprise, my post was swiftly removed, and shortly after, their entire Facebook account disappeared. This blatant act of censoring negative feedback is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about their transparency and customer service ethics.
Desperate for any form of acknowledgment, I also messaged them through their Instagram account. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response to date, despite it being well over a week since I placed my order.
In summary, Henry Schein Australia has utterly failed in basic customer service and communication. From the lack of order confirmation and invoices to the complete absence of responses via phone, email, and social media, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their apparent efforts to hide or ignore negative feedback further underscore their disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before dealing with Henry Schein, as my experience suggests they are either grossly incompetent or simply do not care about their customers once they have your money.
