Extremely incompetent in what they are selling.
They have no clue what they are selling themselves. Especially painful with any 3D technology. They have so little competence in what they are doing that they can't even make sure they send the right products. Avoid this company there are plenty other dental suppliers that can do their job properly.
Customer service is horrendous - they make mistakes and can't even refund or swaps to the right products.
We've been ordering from Henry schein for years now really good service and our rep amy dagnall has always provided our practice with amazing customer Service and always so helpful in any queries we have .

Please can you forward this email to your complaints department.
On 10th January I placed the order attached. In order to do so I had to create an account, submit my GMC details and make the payment.
I could not place the order without having done all 3 these requisites. I have now had to phone and have my staff call you on numerous occasions in this regard. This is an unacceptable waste of my time and resources. I have also paid for an order which has yet to be received and indeed was lost within your systems when my staff member contacted you last week. Despite an assurance that she would be emailed back, this did not happen and she has had to chase you again today, which prompted you to send the email below.
Please see the attached email correspondence where I have submitted my GMC number and clinic details. My GMC number is highlighted.
According to the email trail attached, you were the person dealing with this.
I would like an explanation as to why my information and my order have not been processed and when I should expect to receive the goods I have paid for.
I have posted this email on Trustpilot with a 1 star review.

Our local Optident rep Jessica Boast is excellent; very knowledgeable and helpful. She was a great help when we ran a hands on course a few months ago for local dentists and nothing was too much trouble. She is easy to get in touch with and always quick to respond to anything we need or questions we have.

Been a customer of HSUK for a long time; I’ve always been pleased with the service but even more so since Roxane joined the team. Her communication is exceptional - fast, friendly and genuinely attentive. She goes above and beyond to help, follows up without being chased and makes the entire ordering process feel seamless and stress-free. She knows her products very well and if ever there’s something she’s not aware of, she’ll go the extra mile to find out!
