I've been using Henry Meds for a couple of years now and have had nothing but a great experience with their team. The physicians really know their stuff and their customer service is excellent as well. Thanks, Henry Meds!

I called several times a day for 10 days and never got a response until I called my bank to dispute the charges.

We ordered the medicine and they said it was shipped and never arrived. I spoke to a Jay supposed to be a supervisor and she was no help. All she did was tell me she would take my information and call me back nothing happened no call e 3x the worst customer service.

I'm very satisfied with the whole business they provide. Very good communication. The answer right away if I have any questions thought they always answer all the questions I'm asking. The video calls are excellent with a very knowledgeable stuff. I highly recommend Henry meds.

Pam, my support person was helpful and enthusiastic. She had reviewed my medical history and knew as much about my conditions as my primary care physician. I hope I get Pam again, though I know health care providers are random. She was great, and so far Henry is great. Looking forward to a lifetime relation and my continued improving health!

I have been using Henry Meds for over a year now. I have been very successful with their staff & medication. My provider, Whitney, is great. She really listens to what I have to say and advises me on what she feels would work best for me & my lifestyle.

This was an excellent experience. The pratitioner was very professional and answered all my questions. It was a very easy appointment and the practioner was very knowledgable and caring.

So far so good. As a former client from another provider, the experience to switch to Henry's has been positive. Their on boarding has been efficient and logical.

I don't know what happened to henry meds. I used them back in 2025 and they were awesome. Now, they've fallen.off the earth. I paid for two on a subscription and received no medication or communication what so ever. I think a venture capitalist bought them.out and restructured for the worst. They dont accept phone calls anymore. They take weeks to get back with you. I don't know I'm 100% sure they put profits over patients. Imagine if they have 100,000 customers and they charge him 2 months at 12 0 to whatever it is a month times of whatever even 50,000 people that's a lot of extra money for doing nothing. Yeah they need to get there shit back together. Horrible horrible company now.

The appts are very convenient. I always enjoy speaking the health care provider. Medications arrive on time. Email information is sent for tracking so I know when they will be delivered. I have always had a great experience with this company

I am a physician. I was referred to Henry Meds by my Internist for compounded GLP-1. From the initial intake interview to the time I stopped taking the meds, Henry Med staff were helpful, efficient, and thoughtful. They are busy, so I did not expect long conversations. They have a job to do for you, and they do it extremely well. When there was a snafu with payments, the immediately responded, provided a full refund, and were polite about it. I wish i could give them 10 stars!

Henry meds are upfront with the weight loss treatment. The Doctors answered any questions I had or my concerns. Very helpful going forward. I have no concerns with my plan. I am confident under their care. I would like to thank them all for the opportunity!!

Week 16 and have gained 11 pounds. Still feel hungry and have no side effects. Not sure I am getting actual medication from pharmacy or just saline. Submited 2 request for help have gotten no response. The medical person I video chatted with was rude and uncaring. I signed up and paid for a full year and now I am stuck.
