Poor products supported by equally poor customer service team
Really poor company with appalling customer service. Made a complaint which was ignored (although they insist they replied) then proceeded to ask me to provide a page of answers to questions about their product, rather than actually addressing the complaint (Ridiculous amount of questions). The customer is already unimpressed they have had to contact you in the first place, so they sure as hell aren’t going to be impressed to answer a page of questions on top of it all, when they have already had to chase you for a response…oh and no surprise they didn’t reply to my response. Don’t buy Henkel products, they don’t do as they claim and they are rubbish. Welcome to Trustpilot Henkel, good start!
