Hi everyone
I used hen heaven when planning my sisters hen night. I had a women named linda and she was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. She always got back to me quickly and gave me great advice when planning this weekend for my sister. I highly recommend this service it makes the planning easier and smoother!

I used hen heaven for my sisters hen party as I’m a novice at these things I needed some help! My first contact was with Jamie and he really helped me put together the perfect event! Jamie listened to my needs and provided the best night I could of wished for! He tailored the night to the needs of the group and everything ran perfectly! I would highly recommend hen heaven it really took the stress out of everything with great communication and a true care and passion for customer service. I felt like nothing was to much and will be forever grateful to jamie and his team.

Jessica Bell was really helpful and helped me to come up with something to put to my hen party. Unfortunately they decided on something a bit more local so I wasn't able to proceed further.

Hen heaven made arranging the activities for my friends hen do extremely easy. Whilst speaking with them on the phone they gave me some great ideas for alternatives and used their experience to help with the logistics. Linda, my event planner, was always on hand to answer any questions and she was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Hen Heaven as a planning service.

So far so good - I will leave the other 2 starts until I have been on the hen trip and we have all had the experience.
As you can imagine organising a hen do isn’t easy but Sean has been nothing but patient, especially as I ended up paying a deposit to the wrong company! Oops!
Affordable activities for all of the girls and pushed dates back when asked so that we can pay when we are all ready to.

Hen Heaven was very easy to use. I initially planned the hen weekend with Ash who was fantastic! I’d spoken to another company before Hen Heaven and they were not helpful at all but these guys were quick and attentive and delivered exactly what I asked of them. It’s a Knockout was the highlight of the weekend for everyone and we were all talking about it for days after the event. The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very accommodating allowing us to play our hen party games in the hotel reception. I would definitely recommend Hen Heaven to anyone planning a hen party!

My contact at hen heaven was Lydia. She was very helpful from the whole booking process for to the itinerary. She provided first Class service and was always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions I may have had. We thoroughly enjoyed the hen night and I would not hesitate to recommend hen heaven.

Please avoid this company!! I booked with hen heaven a year prior to the trip for my sister in-law to be hen party to Benidorm.
After paying then £4600 and sending them an email asking to be put in decent accommodation numerous things had changed 1st we couldn’t do the boat party. Then the free drinks package was no longer available, then 10 days before the trip we had been given no accommodation information having 16 girls asking me the question I rang daily and spoke to a bloke called Shaun in the end 8 days before the trip I demanded to know were we was staying I was given the name of our accommodation and started to research it and it was terrible with high bad reviews mainly about people having stuff robbed out there rooms when I told my party were we was staying 2 members of my party had stayed there 2 years prior and had a bad experience. I called Shaun to explain all this as asked to be placed in better accommodation but he really didn’t want to know and put me onto a manger who was no better and basically told me it was too short notice to do anything even though that was there fault!!! So all my party had to pay to stay else were. We had booked a bar crawl, magic mike show, and carva at the square and accommodation for £4600 and all we got was the transfer and he was a very rude driver so Girls please do not book anything for Benidorm with this company as everything you pay for is free anyway!!! We got so many bars giving us free drinks on our own bar crawl, we went to the square and had a free strip show and carva free and the Magic mike show and midget show was all free as we refused to see our rep as this company had let us down we still managed to do everything all free anyway in Benidorm, so please I can not stress enough don’t book through this company as your get a dump of accommodation and all the activities you pay for are free anyway! So for £4600 all we got off this company was transfer very expensive bus ride! Shaun and the management did not want to help at all and we had to pay another £2000 to book our own accommodation so please be aware!!!!!!!! Please if you use this company don’t let them put you in the Luxmar apartments

Jessica was an absolute star - nothing was too much trouble and she did plenty of hand holding through the whole itinerary set up and booking process.

All of our requirements were taken into account to build us the perfect package.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hen Heaven to anyone organising a Hen do.

Thank you so much to Linda for help organising my sisters hen party in Amsterdam! I’ve never done anything like this before and with myself being used to being in charge of everything, at first I was panicking that something was going to get missed out. But I can honestly say it was literally perfect down to every last detail. I did not expect the planning to be so spot on. Everyone loved there weekend and it ran so smoothly. Linda has kept contact with me the whole time and answered the many questions I had to ask. She was so helpful and did everything perfectly. Thank you so much Linda!

Jessica was amazing. We didn’t book in the end because the packages were not right for us, but she really went out of her way to try and find us something that would suit. Thank you Jessica for your hard work and availability.

Jaden was really helpful from the outset. I had spoken with a number of other similar companies but Jaden was the only one who appeared to take an interest in the hens likes etc. His communication was really good and if he couldn't get hold of me via telephone, he would email me and be very understanding when I couldn't reply right away.
Overall, I would really recommend using this company and would like to thank Jaden for all of his help :)

Hen heaven were excellent at organising everything for my weekend the accommodation was lovely , the activities were organised well and Perfect for us ladies . Highly recommended, the organiser Paul advised and communication was good .

Jamie is my event planner he has been so helpful throughout the process of planning my daughter's hen night
He has a really nice manner about him.
Other staff also gave excellent customer service when he was off.
Can totally recommend this company.
Hub could be a tad easier but that's probably more me not knowing what to do.

Great company... Jaden Carter was our event planner and was extremely helpful, answered evey question and went out of his way to help get this sorted even with the difficulty of the accomadation situation ! The site is brilliant for everyone to pay there own individual amount every one of the ladies on the hen party are very impressed with how it works and how simple it is made !!

Just booked our hen party for next year. Jaden has been so helpful. Looking forward to it
