Fab little company. Small and personal. I started getting insurance for musical instruments from here since 2006 when I joined the musicians union. There service is very personal and professional no call centres just someone at a desk in an office you can email the brokers direct too. I put in a claim back in 2012 when one of my violins suffered water damage and completely fell apart at the joints. For the luthier to put it all back together again was expensive but Hencilla paid the bill when I made the claim and there where no problems. You can add or take away instruments or change anything any time at a little extra cost. This was really useful when I was in the position of trading and restoring violins. The cover was also world wide so i could take my instruments anywhere without worry. Would recommend to anyone.
