One of the worst purchases I’ve made
One of the worst purchases I’ve made! I purchase 2 vapes, however both didn’t work and also they didn’t update me on shipping updates ! I’ve contacted the business and they have not got back to me! It’s been 2-3 months now and I’ve still got no response!

Customer service - non existent
Delivery was quick but both products I ordered had issues. I have emailed them on all of their email addresses and have yet to hear back from them after a week. Products seem good if they are not broken, but their customer service is in need of some big improvements.
I can give companies the benefit of the doubt when items arrive broken, it can happen during postage sometimes, but they need to communicate with customers when they have an order issue.

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, brought a cbd cream and the expire date was 2 months away. There is no way that I would be able to use it up in that time frame, and it wasn't cheap. The 'manager' offered me 10% off my next purchase. Would never order from them again!
