Package was ordered but didn't turn up - when I contacted them they quickly investigated and sent a replacement via next day delivery. The original turned up and on contacting to arrange to reimburse them they kindly let me keep it as a gesture of goodwill. Excellent service and great products - highly recommended

Something that in my opinion is just as important as a great, value for money product, which you can expect to get with HempHash.co.uk, is how a company responds when things don't go so well.
