My mom bought me a coat for Christmas…
My mom bought me a coat for Christmas and after one wear it started to fall apart. After sending photos they sent me another coat that did the same thing - then pushed the idea I had washed it wrong and that it wasn’t actually falling apart? I have never washed it, but the lining comes through the fabric. They offered me 40 dollars credit for a 150 coat. After this, I kept reaching out but no response for a month or so.
As a last resort I wrote this review and was responded to promptly — and was offered another gift card for over the amount I paid, to which I explained why I didn’t want a gift card and just wanted a refund and that was eventually sent to my mom. This was an incredibly frustrating situation, but was finally righted when it was taken up the chain last week.

Wow!! Oh my goodness me. Where do I start.
From ordering the wrong size ( which was totally my own fault) I contacted customer service & was looked after by Alice immediately. I’m normally a size 8- 10
and needed a S size jacket. Not size M that I had originally ordered. Alice amended my order straight away, no problem at all. And after 10 days, I received the most beautiful & amazing jacket. The quality is outstanding & the care taken to package, wrap & box my jacket is next level. There is only the smell of leather, which would have expected.
I am so thrilled with this beauty, that I have just placed another order for the brown one too! That’s my winter leather jackets sorted!! You won’t regret your purchase.

Scammers
The company ships direclty from China warehouse. They say they have a delivery point in the UK where you can return your items. You return your product, upload the tracking number onto the portal after they granted permission for return, and then they never reply to your emails. This is how I got scammed for £300.

Absolutely gorgeous clothes. Great cuts, beautiful quality. I love how everything feels unique. I’m a UK customer and have bought several things from Hemi Blurr over the last year. Delivery is either super fast or can be quite slow, which is to be expected with international logistics. I’ve had a few returns but nothing major. The team are super friendly and responsive and nothing is ever too much trouble.
