No responsibility for damaged items - previous review dissapeared?
I had a disappointing experience with Hembry. When I left my office everything was fine, but after the cleaning our door was damaged. I reported it immediately and explained that the damage must have happened during the service, yet Hembry refused to take responsibility or offer a fair solution.
What concerns me most is that they asked me to remove my previous Trustpilot review, and I can no longer find it. Accidents can happen, but the lack of accountability and transparency is not acceptable.
