DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I have been chasing two refunds from them since the end of September after mistakenly ordering and cancelling the first order and then returning the second purchase after receiving two utterly inferior watch straps. This is a drop ship company pedalling cheap Chinese-made straps but masquerading as a Swiss watch strap brand. They claim the refunds have been processed and that their accounts team will be forthcoming with evidence of the refund. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from the actual watch brands.

Bad customer support / they suggested which size to buy - however does not fit the watch. to all Rolex owners - STAY AWAY - even a watch dealer confirmed there ks no way that it fits. additionally, a steep price tag for a cheap looking product.

I ordered a stap that I didn't like so sent back for a refund. Said refund never came - I have chased and been assured the refund has been processed over the past 3 months - nothing has arrived. They cannot produce any evidence of the refund. Do not order from them - I believe they are fraudulent.

Save your money go elsewhere, i purchased a rubber strap and the additional Omega Speedmaster Proffesional pin removal tool which didnt actually fit squarely on the pin to allow compression it actually bent , when I complained Mia from the Company contacted me and it was deemed that I'd used excessive force to bend the tool ! Im a very experienced engineer, she clearly isn't, thay have my money now , do yourselves a favour buy OEM not Chinese!

I ordered a item on 20th Nov2025 . Although the support team ( Mia) is helpful its not helping me as I have not received anything yet . Today I'm told I need to pay customs taxes but the website says clearly "free express shipping / No import fees "

Scam, do not buy. They are sending cheap Chinese straps from Aliexpress which you can buy for 10 times less price.

Misleading marketing and unprofessional support.
The website clearly shows two different blue colors, but only one dark blue strap is actually shipped. I received the same wrong color twice. When confronted, support claimed the lighter blue “does not exist” and blamed screen calibrationdespite the fact that I use professionally calibrated displays and checked on multiple devices.
The issue was never corrected, only denied. To make matters worse, the support agent suddenly switched languages mid-conversation (English to German) without justification, which is highly unprofessional.
No accountability, no resolution, and misleading product presentation.

Ordered a rubber strap for omega planet ocean. Company advertises themselves as swiss although the strap that came was alliexpress strap with Chinese packaging that costs few £. They basically dropship everything and put 20x price. Rubber strap discoloured after few days. After making a complaint helvetus basically said it is my fault and their lifetime warranty doesnt apply.

Fast shipping, flawless fit.

This company drop ships from China and misrepresents itself as a Swiss company. My strap did not arrive as advertised and when trying to return the item the customer service was intentionally deceptive and tried to avoid providing me with return details. Once eventually provided, the return terms render the process of a return impractical by any e-commerce standards. Do not order from this company, you are throwing money away.

I only have them one star as I could not give a zero!
Ordered a strap for my Breitling with an additional deployment clasp, to a week to arrive and the deployment clasp is impossible to open even with a screwdriver!! (It’s that bad). I spoke to their customer services who advised me their “tech team” had reviewed the clasp and said it was ok?
How they can view a product I have in my possession when there in Switzerland is beyond me but apparently they said it’s fit for purpose and won’t do anything at all to help, so then over a period of 3 days we’ve emailed back and forth trying to sort a reasonable resolution to this issue, however they won’t consider ANY way of resolving this issue.
Facts are they are selling cheap Chinese straps sold as “top grade Swiss” products for over inflated prices , with cheap clasps buckles and deployments that often don’t work as intended and are charging decent money for these inferior products. I’ve thrown the item in the bin and learned a lesson, my advice to all prospective buyers is to think twice before spending your money with this company. They will charge you a lot of money for a cheap Chinese budget strap that can be picked up online for a fraction of the price and if you have any issues they won’t support you or help you with the inferior products they’ve lumbered you with. Buyers beware!! use this company at your own risk!! They are bad on so many levels.

Scam scam scam. They advertise swiss made but what i got was a cheap chinese strap and pins with still the chinese labels from shipping. Did not fit my watch as well.

Returned the item and did not get my money back even when contacting them once a month for 6 months.

I have received my order today which has clearly come from china- mass produced not Swiss quality as marketed. Shame when I ordered the reviews were all positive- these have all been removed as fake reviews now! Don't sit back and jot get your money back claim it back as not described. Use chat gpt to write you an.email and include your consumer rights

The company positions itself as a seller from Switzerland to provide a reputable image but service, delivery and quality are all of the lowest standard. Shipments are made out of China though.

I was provided the wrong tracking number and did not receive any updates until I sent them a support message. The order arrives in a neutral packaging and a ziplock bag without any branding, instructions or information.

In my case the sizing was off as they provided minimal information on the website about the exact models it fits with and when contacting the support they persisted on me having to pay for my return and additionally also pay another 20€ for a new shipment as all orders are shipped from china.

As mentioned by other reviews, they also try to scam the import tax by making you declare a lower value item.

All in all a terrible experience and I flagged this to multiple places like the Customs Officials and my credit card company.

It's impossible to get a refund. First, they make it incredibly difficult to provide an "R.A." number. Second, they tell you to declare a value no higher than €20 to avoid problems with Customs. I sent a package to return a strap, and on December 2nd, the postal service attempted delivery, but due to an unknown issue, they refused to accept it. The postal service left a notification for the package to be collected, but it wasn't. I'm left without strap and without money because I haven't received a refund. 60€ to the trash. Don't buy anything, you're risking your money. 60% of negative reviews are for some reason.. My order number is 24910.

Helvetus website and marketing is day and night vs actual product , quality, communications with seller and return policy. It was worst than bad experience for me. Watch strap/band I got looked like thin molded plastic, extremely cheap and zero effort invested to make it somewhat look good. Horrible quality, otherworldly, there isn't any.

I ordered a curved fit rubber strap for a Rolex. I wore it to the office for one day only and the edges were covered in tiny splits and it generally looked shabby. It is the type of poor quality silicon that attracts dirt and fluff and I was concerned that the splits would grow rapidly. Customer support were not interested, said it was general wear and tear on strap I received one day before I wore it

UPDATE!!! I MANAGED TO GET A CHARGE BACK FROM MY BANK and their Instagram + Facebook pages has been removed. Helvetus will not provide proof or evidence for a refund, but Visa is very clear. The proof of refund is the responsibility of the merchant, not the buyer. So if your bank says they want evidence from the merchant, ignore them and escalate. I got my first charge back today and the second one is on the way.
Under Visa dispute rules chargebacks exist specifically for cases where a merchant is uncooperative or makes unsupported claims.
• For returned goods where no refund is received, the applicable Visa dispute reason is Reason Code 13.3 - Goods Returned / No Refund.

the merchant claims a refund was issued, the burden of proof is on the merchant to provide valid evidence, such as:
○ Refund transaction ID
○ Acquirer Reference Number (ARN

• If the merchant cann ot provide proof of refund, the merchant does not successfully defend the dispute

Avoid this company like the plague. I urge everyone reading this to report this company for scamming. They send you crap, and when you send it back, they keep the product and the money.

Good stuff. Leather Helvetus for Tubor-nice patina starting to show. Comfortable for beach days, but clasp a bit fiddly at first. Oz delivery was prompt.
