I discovered Helpling through a simple Google search. I needed help with cleaning on a regular basis and didn't know where to begin. I selected a few cleaners on Helpling and someone immediately accepted my request. Within less than an hour I had found the solution to my problem. The Helpling platform is great and easy to use. It provided me with a way to chat with our new cleaner and I received useful information such as a cleaning checklist. Our cleaner showed up on time, was very friendly and did and excellent job. Excellent service, Helpling!

Great help - love this service

terrible service.
they pretend to offer amazing cleaners when you sign up but they are always unavailable. we had 3 different cleaners and none of them were good for different reasons.
After contacting Helping they will not take any responsibility for the issues we faced with them or the cleaners.
will not use this service again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

In reply - yes you did say sorry for the bad experience, thank you but it means very little as in no way did you take any responsibility for anything at all, you placed all of the responsibility on the cleaners which is very bad. There was no response to the fact (which is likely a clear admission that you do it on purpose) that you display the best cleaners for selection but they are clearly not available or at worst do not even exist or provide services anymore.

This was my third attempt to find a honorable cleaning company and the first successful: at a price they are cheaper than the first and more expensive than the second, but what about honorable and quality of service - they are the best. I managed to find a suitable cleaning lady in one day!!! And then, I had an unpleasant financial moment related to a website error during the checkout process. But all issues were resolved quickly, efficiently and in favor of the client. I am very satisfied and recommend this service.

Great tool to find cleaners! Also they had great customer service when there was some confusion about the cleaning schedule where the team actually proactively reached out to me! so far used 3 different cleaners and they all were great!

It is a very efficient way to find a cleaner. The cleaner is very professional and the communication between the cleaner and I were very efficient and effective. The difficulty is that once i thought i have made the correct selections of cleaners with their available times but almost all of them can't make it and new ones were offered, whom may cost more than your initial selection. All in all, great service!

Useful for customers to find help - fast and reliable. The customer support is also helpful (for example when cleaners accept the job and then they cancel). But my experience with the cleaners was not great (either they left deep scratches in the furniture and lines on the walls or badly clogged drain or the cleaning was just superficial). I'm still looking for the good cleaner to hire regularly

A good service to find help for cleaning your house. One negative point I would say is that I'm not happy with how they match cleaners: I often select multiple people with a good history of cleaning and then I get assigned someone with no history who at times are not efficient.

Helpling is a great app to find a cleaner in the area for both one-time and regular appointments. Descriptive filters and transparent feedback, you can actually see how many cleanings the person has performed before. Despite some small UI issues, the app does what you want from it. Looking forward to more flexibility with the regular bookings. For example, I book every 2 months, which isn't considered regular, so no perks and discounts. If there were, I would even consider monthly appointments.
