Good experience

I have had a very good experience using helpling. I have been using them for almost 2 years now and faced no issues so far. If there is a change in schedule or person, they communicate well in advance. Overall it is quite simple to manage using their platform.

Great service - Highly recommend

Helpling is a great service for finding a cleaning person. It took me 5 mins to find one for my flat - she's super experienced and everything is managed through the app, even the payment! Also, the app is available in English :)

Helpling made everything so easy!

Helpling made everything so easy! Their website is user friendly and right away I had a maid set up to come at my preferred date and time. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. My apartment is the cleanest it's ever been! I definitely recommend using Helpling.

Poor service quality

Poor service quality. the company doesnt pay attention to the skills of the people it sends to your home and are very quick to tell you that the helpers are independent and not employee of the company. Well, then why do we need this helping? Very bad quality of service and client support. Stay away from this.
