Not sure about the average prices in Berlin but it seemed a little expensive. Also there is no option to hire a cleaner for just 1 hour.

I had an issue with a voucher and they solved it quickly. The cleaner that came by was great and I was able to book him only one day in advance. I was so happy someone could come at short notice. Everything went smoothly. I hope it continues like this using their service in the future.

I used this service for a relatively simple cleaning before leaving a furnished apartment. Though I briefed the cleaner and asked for additional services like fridge cleaning, the rental company was dissatified (stovetop, sink, fridge not fully cleaned) and deducted 150 euros for cleaning fees. The apartment was even pre-cleaned before the cleaner came. She also broke my coffee maker (a steel Bialetti). So on top of the cleaning, I lost 200 Euros. Helping.de takes no responsibility of damages under 500 Euros. The cleaner lied and said I approved the cleaning, though she left before I returned home. And that is that. It's not worth the risk. I cannot recommend at all. Don't book.

A very smooth and easy booking process. The possibility to cancel anytime is a great plus. And the cleaners are verified and professional. There’s one thing that I would improve though: in the mobile app it is not possible to see what cleaners are available at what times/dates. You have to try entering different dates multiple times until you find someone who is available in your area

I liked the easy set up. I didn't like the fact on Chrome browser the website had technical difficulties. In my case I could not click on the "booking request" as I wanted to delete it - I found a cleaner through another channel. Further, the chat and Help-Center could not resolve my problem. There was not interaction with a human support available so my only option left was to delete account, which I did.

One of the worst business' around. The quality of the cleaners and customer service is awful. The mobile application itself could be the worst I've ever experienced. Would highly not recommend.

I do not recommend helpling to anyone. We had a cleaner who came with an attitude and did not clean the kitchen and the bathroom - kind of basic for a cleaning job. When I asked Helpling for my money back, they contacted the cleaner and asked if she agreed to pay us back. She obviously said no and claimed that she cleaned everything perfectly, despite the photos I sent to Helpling proving the opposite. Customer service does not get back to me anymore. A terrible experience and a total waste of time and money. Never again.

The customer support (via phone) was quick and helpful. Yet the email support did not give us a response after 24 hours.. The chat feature of the website is not good and I find the prices for extra/additional services super high but overall I find the company reliable.
