Worst Streaming APP EVER!!

Worst Streaming APP EVER!!! You can’t sign in the QR code never works when you finally do get the QR Code accepted. Then the password they provide doesn’t work. Be prepared to spend two hours just trying to login. Don’t waste your time don’t waste your money. Never again! So glad to be done with this streaming app.

I am so fed up with this app

I am so fed up with this app! You cannot watch a series or a movie without it crashing! It’s pathetic. I will be cancelling my subscription. Another bugbear of mine with Disney plus is all the adverts, we are paying for a service, we shouldn’t be getting all of these adverts. Perhaps if it didn’t keep crashing this wouldn’t bother me so much. I’ll stick to Netflix.

MUCH TO MY SURPRISE DISNEY ASSUMES SINCE I AM FROM ONTARIO ALL MY CORRESPONDENCE SHOULD BE IN FRENCH I HAVE TRIED OTHER AVENUES BUT DISNEY IS DEAF TO COMPLAINTS

Worst subscription on all video…

Worst subscription on all video streaming sites/app.
You cannot refund if you see how bad the service and the helpdesk. They will only cancel your subscription, they 'goodbye'.

This app is the most frustrating app I…

This app is the most frustrating app I have dealt with. Constant crashing and freezing and kicking me out of my shows while I'm watching them. Your customer service is ridiculous and non-existent and you are required to give us the option online to select to cancel our services by law except It's not there like the federal law requires. Absolute waste of time and money and there's never anything new on your app so why bother. For real. What a waste and disappointment this whole thing is. You just insist on taking money and refuse to allow us to cancel for your shitty app.

What is wrong with Disney Plus UK

What is wrong with Disney Plus UK. What a flakey app. Time waster. Have watched several episodes of a show but cannot watch final episode. Screen buffering on and on. Wasted 20 mins trying to get episode to play. I’ve tried exiting the app and going back in several times. Each time having to watch more adverts but will not play the episode. I’m viewing on a smart tv. All other channels / app viewing is clear. Strong WiFi. This is a Disney Plus fault. It’s a truly terrible platform / so clunky and slow. Definitely cancelling my subscription.

Scammers

You pay a subscription thinking this would mean you get to watch everything Disney puts out but then you find half of the Marvel movies aren't on Disney+?

Thanks for nothing Disney

I'd like to thank Disney for making my decision to delete their app and cancel my subscription so easy. The idea of paying extra to avoid advertisements is abhorrent enough but to then release this onto their app in a way that causes the video playback to freeze while the sound continues is a joke!
Call me a conspiracy nut if you wish but this smacks of a disingenuous scheme to force people onto paying the extra for an ad-free version. What a shambolic mess this company has turned into.

Unable to stream

Unable to stream. Made attempts to fix with customer service. They don’t know how to fix it? I’m paying for a service I can’t use. With no help whatsoever. Will have to cancel.

I was being charged for Disney+ on my…

I was being charged for Disney+ on my Roku account. I had no access to Disney+ on my TV I thought maybe I subscribed by accident this was in September 2024. so I call Roku they have no idea what’s going on so they give me Disney+ phone number. I called them they have no idea. Disney+ says you’re gonna have to go to your bank so I went to my bank they made me cancel my card and get a new card. low and behold in October another charge was there this time I called Roku and explained the situation I removed my card from their site. I was upset about it so she said we will contact Disney+ and they will send you an email which they did that day which I was impressed. so I got onto my Roku account and got my payment history and not only were they taking the money out for two months they had been taking it out since May 2024! now realize I have no access to Disney+ on my TV, so I sent the attachments to Disney+ to show them that I was being charged because they kept saying they had no record of it. I have yet to hear back from them now October 24 this is terrible customer service and Roku will no longer have my subscriptions

Don't buy

Don't buy, save yourself trouble.
They use your email account to sell your email off and send you spam, and take your money for programs with ads, even for children.

Great content, Lousy App

Great content, terrible app. Sometimes it works, then the video freezes while the sound continues on. We have repeatedly followed recommendations, restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, sometimes it works for a bit, then it happens again. We will be cancelling, it is not worth the headache.

Accidentally purchased a year’s…

Accidentally purchased a year’s membership instead of a monthly subscription, didn’t realise until I checked my bank the following day.
Wasn’t able to be refunded because I watched something. Extremely unhappy with their policies.
Has put me off from ever purchasing a subscription from them again.

My Disney plus application does not…

My Disney plus application does not work everyday . It’ll work for a few hours and then start saying something went wrong for the rest of the day no matter how many times I restart it or the wifi . It’s been doing this ever since I got it and on all my gadgets . So what am I paying for if it doesn’t work half the time ??

Credit and Cancel Disney

Trying to get cancel since Disney is charging me 2x on my CC due to mixed up accounts. Customer service must be international since they ask dumb questions like how did you subscribe to Disney? Obviously from space… why ask this question?
