I requested a payout, but I didn't receive it. They say it was credited to the player's account. But it didn't happen, it's not listed anywhere. I don't recommend it, it's not fair.

Scam
Scam. Automatic account blocking after license request. They illegally enrich themselves from their players. He owes me 166 euros. Not recommended.

My experience
I performed several deposits and withdrawals, and they all worked fine. Even withdrawals in the $8000-range went fine, over two bank transfers. So do not be scared by other reviews saying otherwise.
HOWEVER;
There are no option to self-exclude, limit or close the account other than trying to make support do it for you, and then they will transfer you to a "vip support" that will tempt you with bonuses to stay.
I find that certain games run slower through hellspin, than other providers. Especially games from play&go and pragmatic.
Bonuses have Very strict terms, Max bet is $5, and if you are lucky enough to win over $10000, they will confiscate the funds exceeding this amount. I lost $4000 that way, after a decent 2800x on $5.
Even After you have played the necessary X times the bonus amount and all bonus money is converted to "real" money, the same terms apply. So if you still give hellspin a chance and have completed a bonus, for gods sake withdraw whatever you have in the account and then redeposit with no bonuses attached.
No scams, just slow and strict - compared to my regular sites.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Mr. T. We appreciate your feedback regarding your deposits and withdrawals. We understand your concerns about the lack of options for self-exclusion, account limits, and closures. We are continuously working to improve our platform and will take your feedback into consideration. Regarding game speed, we'll investigate the performance of games from certain providers to ensure optimal gameplay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our bonus terms. We strive to provide fair and transparent terms, but we understand they may not suit everyone. We'll review these terms to see if adjustments can be made to provide a better experience for our players. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to continue serving you in the future.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!
Stay Away from Hellspin Casino. Just don’t even think about opening an account. Its a scam. They will give you hard time during withdrawal process. They will send you links of terms and conditions which unfair.
THEY DONT CARE about their players. They will only take your money and when u win and withdraw your winnings, they will give you a very hard time and reject it instantly. Its impossible to get ur winnings. Useless. Those people giving good reviews are maybe their own staff to make u sign up to their site.
