Excellent long weekend in Domburg in a very pleasant appartment
We had a very nice appartment in the center of Domburg, perfectly located, and exactly matching the description given on the booking website. We found ourselves just a few steps to restaurants and shops, close to the beach, and and we liked it. The appartment was freshly refurbished, nice decor in a kind of hygge yet elegant country house style, with all amenities, and perfect for two. Key asset was the small terrace towards the backyard. The information and communication with both the Hello Zeeland team and the local keys' contact was very good, detailed, proactive, and everyone was highly responsive. Additional asset: free parking on some of Domburgs main car parkings provided by the agency. Overall a great experience - we will come back for sure.

Beautiful accomodation
Beautiful accomodation in a very friendly environment! The natural pool, kids play area and huge garden and terrace were thoroughly enjoyed and used by our kids!

Great room at short walk distance of Dombourg center
Great room with a good bed and a mini-kitchen. Situation at short walk distance of Dombourg center and the beach. Little attention for the tenants.
It is a pitty that a bad smell was coming out of the shower drain and that privacy is not ensured (at the ground floor) as there is no veil at the window and people are going to the shed for their garbage or their bicycle and a walkpath is just behind the fence.

I had the best stay ever
I had the best stay ever, from the beginning to the end. the house is filled with nice furniture, and a perfect view and is owned by Ruud who had been a pleasure to visit and helped us a lot with our stay. will definitely come back for a longer stay in this beautiful place.

We lived with a family of 3 people
We lived with a family of 3 people. It was constantly raining.. but everything was great in the house. The house is warm, cozy, there is everything you need for life and rest. I really liked the sauna, the fact that there is a drying machine was very useful... there is a lot of different tableware in the house, which is very convenient. A very nice fireplace, although I had to buy firewood.

De sauna en de droogkast zijn inderdaad handig, zeker bij regenachtige dagen. En we zijn blij dat jullie de open haard gezellig vonden, ook al moesten jullie zelf nog hout regelen. Hopelijk bracht het toch wat extra sfeer!

Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 7! It was our last stay on a 17 day visit to Europe! This was by far the favorite place we stayed. It was clean (brand new) and well thought out. We had everything we could have needed and matched the description well! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay!

Unprofessional and not customer-oriented
Before Checkin und Checkin everthing okay. In the Vacation-home a intense smell, disgusting. Overall very dirty condition (hair on the kitchen counter, grease and limescale stains in the kitchen/Winster).
Hello Zeeland responded to our complaints immediately, but only offered excuses and did not even make concessions on the price. They are not interested in ensuring that their customers are satisfied.

Bedankt voor uw review en voor het delen van uw ervaringen. We vinden het jammer dat u onze woning direct heeft verlaten zonder ons de kans te geven om het probleem volledig te onderzoeken en op te lossen. Graag zouden we de situatie verduidelijken vanuit ons perspectief.
Bij aankomst heeft u ons direct op de hoogte gesteld van de geur en de reinigingskwesties in de woning. Binnen korte tijd hebben we op uw klachten gereageerd en voorgesteld om de huishoudelijke dienst te sturen om de problemen op te lossen. Wij hebben daarbij geconstateerd dat de geur werd veroorzaakt door een probleem met de doucheafvoer, iets dat snel en adequaat had kunnen worden verholpen. Helaas gaf u ons geen gelegenheid om dit te doen, omdat u direct besloot de woning te verlaten en een hotel te boeken.
Ondanks dat wij snel handelden en bereid waren de ongemakken te verhelpen, hebben wij u toch meerdere passende oplossingen aangeboden: een korting van 10% op uw verblijf of een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van 50% indien de reservering zou worden geannuleerd via Airbnb. In plaats van hierover verder in gesprek te gaan, koos u ervoor om via Airbnb een klacht in te dienen, wat resulteerde in de volledige annulering van de reservering en terugbetaling van het volledige bedrag.
Daarnaast betreuren wij het dat u ervoor gekozen heeft om zeer negatieve reviews achter te laten, niet alleen op Airbnb, maar ook op andere platformen zoals Google en Trustpilot. Dit geeft ons het gevoel dat u ons niet wilt voorzien van constructieve feedback, maar eerder gericht bent op het schaden van onze reputatie. Wij staan altijd open voor eerlijke kritiek en doen ons best om oplossingen te bieden waar mogelijk, zoals in dit geval.
Tot slot willen we ook benoemen dat we uw opmerkingen over ons als ondernemer betreuren. We streven er altijd naar om professioneel en respectvol met onze gasten om te gaan en vragen van onze gasten hetzelfde. Uw uitspraak dat wij "geen man" of "geen ondernemer" zouden zijn als wij niet deden wat u wilde, vinden wij jammer en onnodig. Ons doel is altijd om onze gasten een fijne en comfortabele ervaring te bieden, en we staan altijd open voor feedback die op een constructieve manier wordt gecommuniceerd.
We hopen dat dit onze kant van het verhaal verduidelijkt en dat toekomstige gasten een beter beeld krijgen van hoe wij problemen proberen op te lossen.
