Amazing. Do it

I followed a super guide named Tristan, for Vox tours, and it's been fun, very interesting and even moving at times! I definitely suggest this tour (st chapelle conciergerie notre dame parvis)

This tour was perfect, the guide Zahi Shaked will talk to you with all his passion for his job. Zahi is very friendly and he will be the best teacher ever for this trip to Dead Sea and Masada. The price is really fair for such a tour.

I have booked and paid for tickets to a 6 nations rugby match in Rome in March via hello tickets. As part of this I am required to put in personnel details including date of birth and passport number. The drop down menu on the year of birth only goes to 1965 and I was born in 64. There is no way to input this directly. I have emailed numerous times , tried to ask via a bot and even tried on X to contact but have had no reply. I have no idea what to do and cannot believe my emails are being ignored. Terrible customer service . Very expensive tickets.

It was good. It is however frustrating that they first send the tickets the Day before the match and you cant choose where you sit

Hellotickets is a rip off. They charged me 178 euros for a 59 euros ticket to see AC Milan-Roma game. Avoid by all means.

A superb show

Do NOT use this service.
I bought tickets for an event, payment done but no tickets immediately. Support told me tickets can arrive a bit before event. I waited till the event started but no ticket, no phone support only email. After many email they tried to offer me other possibilities very cheaper than I paid but they didn't send to me tickets for what I paid. At the end, no tickets, event had not beed attened and day wasted, they probably sold in overbooking and I had to open a claim with my credit card company.
Avoid from them, they are not serious. I found their prices are not the best and in my case there are other solutions cheaper and more professional.

4 Months ago I booked 3 day passes for the F1 Grand Prix in las vegas for this weekend (21st Nov) for my sons graduation and my father in laws 70th birthday , these tickets clearly says that they include entry as you would expect from a 3 day pass, for 3 days, after buying these tickets I booked flights hotels and transfers, everything!!!!, THEN 6 days before the event and 3 days before our flights HELLOTICKETS tell me my 3 DAY PASSES are only valid for 1 day, the practice day on the Thursday, “DUE TO A TECHNICAL ERROR” so an error that wasn’t spotted by the company for 4 months and have given me less than 3 days to sort something, numerous emails pleading them to call me so this once in a lifetime opportunity for my family doesn't end in disaster, the latest offers they have given me is a refund or a partial refund, or a percentage of future bookings, I would be disappointed if the event was at the end of my road but when you have done everything correct, booked the correct tickets, to be told its someone else's error but we cant give you what you’ve paid for, instead now the fees alone on the tickets if i were to book now are over £500 and a total price of £2500 because how late in the day it is, how does selling a ticket with 3 day pass written on it not cover you for 3 days and then when the company accepts the error is on their part and still won’t help you even provide race day tickets which the original tickets should of covered me for and more, I hope your ashamed of yourselves at hellotickets ruining a families only chance to not only get over to the US but even think about affording entry to something like the F1 grand prix, how can anyone use this company after my experIence, as every ticket that is currently on sale through this ticket provider could be bought for what you think it is and correctly worded, yet 6 days before they can that no its usnt for that its for something else, what kind of company does that, if you buy something and its not what it is described by them, then why would you use them, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

This is the most unreliable company I ve ever ran into I booked a tour from nice france to cannes antibez they charged my credit card sent me an email confirming they will be there the next day 10 minutes before the pick up they send me an email my tour is cancelled not enough people why didn't you tell me that a day in advance???? I could have made alternative plans ruined my vacation stay away from this company!!!

Excellent visit, booked easily at the lat minute. Great guide - Barbara - nice, pleasant, helpful and of course very knowledgeable. She made the visit lively and interesting, even during the long queues.
