What a let down
What a let down. Concert Alfie Boe Bridgewater Hall. Got tickets 4.15 concert to start 7.30 only my tickets were not valid. Hellotickets double sold the same seats. I had to pay £75 extra to see concert. Now the problem of trying to get my money back. Going to seek legal advice but shouldn't have to go through this. What a Scam

I purchased tickets for the System of…
I purchased tickets for the System of a Down concert at Stade de France (Order # 1654571), but the tickets were never delivered to the official app. Support is not providing a solution.
I have already filed an official complaint with the French authorities via SignalConso (DGCCRF) and the European Consumer Centre (Case ECCFR-132471). My bank has also been notified of this commercial dispute.
I demand an immediate full refund as the service was not provided. Avoid this site.
Response:
Your response is unacceptable. We are in 2026; the Stade de France does not grant access via PDF for this event. This is a technical fact, not an opinion.
Official Venue Rules: The stadium explicitly states that PDFs are NOT VALID. Access is only possible via their official App with dynamic QR codes.
Safety Risk: I am traveling 700km from Nice with a pregnant companion. I refuse to risk her health and our travel expenses on a 'paper' format that the organizer officially rejects.
Invalid Product: You have delivered a document that is technically useless for entry. This is fraud.
Either transfer the tickets to the official 'STADE DE FRANCE' App immediately or issue a full refund

Absolutely awful company to deal with
Absolutely awful company to deal with. We had tickets to watch Leeds V Chelsea at Wembley and the tickets did not arrive. Even though they promised me by email every day for the previous week that they would arrive. Even on the day they told me three times, don’t worry the tickets will be there. Kickoff came and went and we did not get into the ground because we didn’t have any tickets. The tickets arrived 20 minutes into the second half. By the time we got to the ground we saw 15 minutes of the game. Complete waste of money and appalling customer service.

My concert was yesterday...no tickets arrived.
After booking there was no correspondence.
We searched the legitimacy of the site. Our bank said it was a legit company.
We were told the tickets would come near to the event.
More than £300 spent. No tickets. No concert. So far no correspondence either.
AVOID.
My husband is dealing with the complaint. We are still awaiting a response despite him giving you all of the details.
I have not put details on this review obviously!

Amazing faster service
I just went to see the environment of outside about 11am at that time, I saw fans were cheering up their team and I also became excited and wanted to see football then I search the epl site I saw there was only 19 tickets left on I clicked the site for buy ticket and got instantly that was very very good and faster service and also hassle free process my experience with hellotickets is so amazing and user-friendly.

5* yes I was very worried when the tickets didn’t come straight away, however hello tickets reassured me all the way that they would be with me before the concert. I received the tickets the morning of the concert, they were transferred straight into my AXS app. No issues what so ever. We had the best night at Alex warren.
