The technology was spotty at best
The technology was spotty at best. We finally got the job done, but with a good amount of tech support. Also got double charged, we think thanks to the tech issues, but had to reach out several days later once I noticed to get the second charge reversed.

Great but there’s room for improvement
Great service but because of maintenance (scheduled but it took longer than anticipated) we had to redo our prenup a couple times.
The built in options also aren’t very customizable so you definitely have to work with a lawyer and have them make a bunch of tweaks.
Would also have been really helpful to have information on what things default to legally if there isn’t a prenup in place or if you don’t specify things.

Overall experience was good
Overall experience was good, however, the online notarization process was a mess as the service did not allow my fiancé to verify her identify as she did not have a SSN or ITIN. No where was that disclosed ahead of time so we were left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement notary which caused a lot of unneeded last minute stress and anxiety as to whether we would be able to get it completed. They did refund us the money for it which was good but they need to do a better job of disclosing that it doesn't work for foreigners.

We spent half of our wedding morning…
We spent half of our wedding morning with tech support (who were super helpful btw) trying to sign our documents. We were stuck on a loading screen for two days. All in all would recommend to someone looking for a prenup but would advise doing it way in advance.

there was a software update that erased all the changes and drafts we had for the prenup, and we had to ask our lawyers and the tech teams to find ways to bring it back, which took a few days and cut our wedding dates very close

Terrible experience
Your site was down when my fiance was scheduled to have her attorney review. Then your site maintenance somehow messed up our document and there was mass confusion to resolve it with our attorney's. Finally, one of your attorney's used scare tactics on my fiance, calling me Darth Vader, and adding un needed stress to an agreement that we had already made between us in advance. 0/10 would not recommend

Prenup process not that bad with HelloPrenup!
The whole prenup process certainly has an interesting connotation to it and one that my wife and I avoided until the last second, two weeks before our wedding in fact. With that said, HelloPrenup made the process so simple and comfortable for both of us. We were able to go through the prompts of what we each wanted, have a lawyer set up and a contract signed within just a few days. Not to mention the cost was affordable all things considered, especially with what you would normally pay outside this process. Can't recommend this service enough, seriously, if you're even considering a prenup in my opinion this is the way to go.

Really easy! You work on the prenup separately and it lets you know if you agree/don’t agree with everything. We also did the online notary, a quick video call to verify your identity and then sign and you’re done! No complaints here, was a simple process.
