As a first time buyer I was apprehensive to use a broker at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first call with Hello Mortgage I was impressed with their knowledge, reliability and friendly approach. My assigned broker ‘Daniel Knott’, was a pleasure to work with. He took all the stress out of the process for me. Provided me with the detail I needed to make a decisions and was always on hand for my questions. He really went above and beyond and is an asset to the company. Even when it came paying the £250 fee, I was offered the option to split the fee over 2 months. This really helped due to the other moving costs during the period.
I can’t recommend them enough. I will 100% be using them in the future. Thanks Hello Mortgage.

Excellent service from start to finish - Danny was excellent throughout.

I needed a mortgage for a house purchase at very short notice ( started at the beginning of June and needed to complete by the end of the month for stamp duty deadline). A complex self employed case with a small deposit and needing circa 500k. Daniel was able to identify a suitable lender, and after some back and forth managed to get mortgage offer through just in time to complete on the 30th. Thanks Daniel for keeping calm, making sure you had everything together and completing on time, first time.

I just really wanted to say what a fantastic team they are at Hello Mortgage. We were first time, self employed buyers, trying to buy a home during a pandemic. And we succeed! Keith and Nicola kept us calm and informed throughout the whole process. Offering sage advice and experience to help us through. Even with random things that didn't concern our mortgage application. It was always nice to phone the office and hear a cheerful voice on the other end of the line when I was stressing out over a problem. They always knew what to say and how to handle a problem.

We originally approached a number of mortgage brokers, but decided to go with Hello Mortgage because Keith was very quick to respond (even during a pandemic!) and extremely helpful with all our enquiries (being first time buyers we had a lot).

We had spoken to Keith prior to us seriously looking for a house because our situation was slightly unique in that we had only been back in the UK for a few months which meant our UK credit history was non existent. Keith was very positive and was sure he was going to able to find us a lender that could help us out. He kept in touch with us throughout our search and sent us a weekly update on which products lenders were offering or pulling! (due to Covid)

Finally found the perfect house! and Keith made everything so easy, once we had put our formal offer in, our case was handed over to Nicola who was equally as efficient and helpful - she kept us updated daily on what she was doing and what she needed from us, and the whole process was completed with a mortgage offer within a week or so.

I would thoroughly recommend Hello Mortgage to anyone looking for mortgage advice, the process was extremely easy and everyone we dealt with was professional, efficient and friendly.

Amazing service.

Walked in to a meeting expecting just some generic advice but it was so good that I left with a mortgage in principle. No fuss, no issues. The team were brilliant and Keith the consummate professional!
