Lost over 200 because I added small increments each time.

I have played this game for about a month off and it’s m and I have never won a dollar. I’ve been skeptical abut these online gambling games because I know it’s all chance supposedly so I put like 10$ then a 20 then maybe 10 I don’t usually put a lot of money because I’ve done that and lost all of it. However I’ve never so much as gotten bigger than what I started with. This game is false. If you upload large ke 200$ I think they let you win a little I bet but if you put 20’s level like I have being cautious it’ll never allow you to win anything. I won’t play it again or add another dollar to this game there’s too many others where I’ve actually won some kind of money on them upwards of 600 even 109 on the bonus 5$ they give you for downloading certain other apps.

Love the game

Love the game, opened an email that offered 20 free sc spins, long story short i ran it up to a little over $400 before I knew it. Great game, love it. Definitely worth the try!

Quit stealing people winnings

How can this company improve??
STOP STEALING PEOPLE WINNINGS. I get told a few times to email them proof of cheating me or of 119k blaming it on that playing in S.C mode I can trigger and win a G.C Jackpot. Ummmmm what in the H E Double hockey sticks kinda high wash they really trying to sell. Then they tell me I can't access the game play for the game I won on, but they can email me a copy but I quote " unfortunately I won't show me the jackpot win. CAUSE I WANT PLAYING IN G.C. MODE. These people ask me to email them the proof and EVERY TIME I DO THEY DON'T RESPOND BACK. Now why would they not respond back to me, I mean after all they asked me to? Oh what about the GC jackpot they say is what I actually win. WELL WHERE IN THE HUNG FOR WALDO ARE THOSE EVEN. NEVER EVEN PAID OUT THOSE, EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS S.C I WAS SPINNING. I have had an awful experience with…

I have had an awful experience with them. I paid a lot of money and when I won. I chose gift cards because I read that within 12 to 24 hours I would receive them versus having to wait 3-5 days for bank deposit. I only won like 425.so I chose 2 different gift cards. I still have not been paid. Every time I talk to them in live chat they do nothing but tell me to be patient and wait. I was told it would be 12 to 24 hours and it's been well over 48 hours. I will never play with them anymore. I suggest you not either as they don't do what they say.

I had luck with this casino at one time but now I spent $40 and started winning and tried to cash out $100 and as soon as I took the picture of my I.d it locked my account. I've been waiting on an explanation to why and the way I see it if there not going to pay me out then give me back the money I spent

Deceptive Advertising & Withholding Verified Funds ($2,050.00)

am writing this to alert other players and the Trustpilot community about the deceptive practices at Hello Millions (B-Two Operations Ltd).

They currently have my redemption of SC 2,050.00 (Transaction ID: 5416559) in "Requested" status since March 3rd. I chose Skrill specifically because of their "Instant Payout" advertisements. I was then forced to make an additional purchase with Skrill to "verify" the account—a clear bait-and-switch induction to spend more money.

Now that I have paid them, they are refusing to process the withdrawal, and support agents (Jobert and Chester) are providing scripted delays. I have formally notified the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and the Texas Attorney General. Do not trust their "Instant" claims.

Your response is a generic script that ignores the specific facts of my case.
​Agent Admission: Your own agent, Randall, explicitly admitted in writing today that he lacked the ability to 'reapprove' my redemption. This proves the transaction is being manually stalled despite my account already being verified.
​Verification Proof: You have already successfully processed and sent three separate redemptions (IDs 5416781, 5416675, and 5416662) from this exact same winning balance. If my play was 'verified' for gift cards, there is no legitimate security reason to hold my Skrill payout.
​Deceptive Induction: I was forced to make a $5 Skrill deposit specifically to 'verify' the account for 'Instant' service. Taking a customer's money for an expedited service and then reverting to a 10-day wait is a 'Bait and Switch' deceptive trade practice.
​I have already filed formal 'Stage 2' complaints with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and the Texas Attorney General. I will not be silenced by canned responses while you withhold SC 2,050.00 of verified winnings
