We recently booked our Thailand trip through Hello Island and I cannot recommend Remmert enough. From the very beginning, the service was professional, responsive and incredibly well organised.

Remmert handled everything from flights and transfers to accommodation and island connections.

I don't know where to start, how to put in words how AWESOME our 14 day vacation was. This space is too little. Remmert Malan founder of Hello Island.....you are one amaizing person from the word GO. All the bookings, flights, transfers, Hotels with breakfast included - we only received the highest quality at a very affordable price. For us traveling overseas for the first time - with the step by step guide and the prompt feedback and when assistance were needed from Remmert we didn't feel lost at all. We flew with Emirates, stayed in luxury accommodation with the best buffet breakfasts. Your surroundings and activities is amaizing and affordable and also safe. And the people there are so friendly. It is very interesting to see the different cultures and experience the clean blue water, the warm ocean with the most beautiful sea life. We visited different and popular islands ( Maya beach the most beautiful one) The long tail boats, the views..... WOW I just dont have enough words to describe this memorable experience. 🇹🇭 is the place to visit (Phuket, Phi Phi island, Krabi and Bangkok). The best is to go and experience it for yourself. The best package- and the most affordable is Hello Island. Trust me I looked all over and could not find better. A BIG THANK YOU again to Remmert Malan (Hello Island) for making one of our dreams come true and our 10 year wedding anniversary memories awesome.

Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish, and it made such a difference to our overall experience. The hotels were absolutely beautiful, comfortable, well located, and such a pleasure to come back to each day. It really elevated the whole trip.
All of the transfers and pick-ups were seamless and perfectly organised, which meant we never had to worry about a thing. Being able to just relax and enjoy ourselves without thinking about logistics made the holiday feel effortless.

What made our experience good is the fact that we worked with a professional and experienced agent -Remmert, that gave us good information.As first time travellers internationally ,we had everything sent to us with clear indication who to look for when we arrived and all tickets for ferries that will be needed that gave me peace of mind. Hello Island allowed our trip to be as smooth as possible, it was incredibly helpful as a first time traveler. The location of both my Bangkok and Phuket hotel was great, literally a minute from a 711 at both locations and relatively near to both the malls in Bangkok and the ocean in Phuket.

Remmert was also incredibly helpful with us rerouting from Qatar to Cathay due to the war. It was a lot of stress but he was great! He also helped us with knowing how much allowance we had to spare with our incredibly full bags...

The hotel transfers were seamless and so appreciated when we were exhausted. The price quote we received was the best of all the ones we saw. Efficient, reasonable and consistent!

10/10 recommend.

We had the most amazing time. Everything ran so smoothly and was well arranged. The hotel locations were also perfect. Remmert was an absolute star having to deal with all the back and forth due to the war as we were supposed to fly Qatar. He was also readily available and assisted if I had any questions. Will definitely be using Hello Island again.

Booked a 10 night holiday to visit Phuket, Phi Phi and Krabi. The service and commitment from the team is exceptional. They go over and above to assist us to have a memorable holiday. Had no issues with transfers or hotel bookings. The tips provided assisted a lot to plan our itinerary. Will definitely recommend and use Hello Island in future again. Due to the current war in the middle east we needed assistance with replacement flights due to our flights being cancelled. Remmert assisted us with new flights and accommodation even in the early hours of SA time (3am).

Wow what a holiday organised by Remmert and his team! We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in Thailand, Remmert didn't miss a beat with the organisation of this trip. My first overseas trip to Thailand was great with no stress. Hello Island's arrangements ensured I can enjoy every moment without being concerned how to get to and from for ex the airport etc. I want to go back tomorrow, of course with Hello Island arranging my trip!!!!

What made my experience with Hello Island truly great was how incredibly smooth and stress-free the entire holiday was from start to finish.
I booked a full Thailand island package (flights, transfers, hotels, and everything in between), and literally all I had to do was show up at the airport. No issues at all with any transfers,they were always on time, professional, and well-coordinated (whether airport shuttles, ferries, or local taxis). The hotels were spot-on: great locations, comfortable, exactly as described, and perfectly chosen for relaxation and easy access to beaches/activities.
Hello Island excels at taking the hassle out of travel planning. Their itineraries are super clear and detailed, the communication is excellent (quick responses and helpful tips in advance), and they partner with reliable ground operators so nothing falls through the cracks. The digital travel pack with all confirmations, recommendations, and practical info was a game-changer ,made everything feel organized and effortless.
If you’re looking for a worry-free island getaway (especially to Thailand’s stunning spots), this is the way to go. Everything was perfect, and I’d book with them again in a heartbeat. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Hello Island tool all the stress out of a holiday to bustling Thailand. The travel to and from Thailand was professionally organised, from air flights, to shuttles and ferries. Negotiating the transport networks in Thailand can be challenging. We were grateful that it was all pre-booked. The accommodation was top class and perfectly located. Customer service was so good at each hotel.
The information booklets and guides that we received from Hello Island before and during the trip were so useful.

The service was excellent : from the arrangements iro the flight tickets, transfer vouchers and reservations at both the resort and hotel !!
The brochure provided electronically was very helpful and made the holiday extra special especially with the "language barrier".
It was filled with useful information which was gathered from firsthand experience.

Our 17 day family holiday to Thailand was absolutely phenomenal. Planning travel for six adults across four destinations — three East islands and Bangkok — could have been highly stressful, but everything was completely hassle-free thanks to the exceptional attention to detail from Remmert and his team at Hello Island.

The accommodation choices were remarkable and arriving at each destination was an adventure in itself. Each hotel was perfectly located and completely different in style, which made the trip feel fresh and exciting as we reached each place. Honestly, it felt like we experienced four distinct versions of Thailand, exactly as intended, from island life to city energy.

From flights and ferries to subways, (plus scooters, tuk-tuks and trucks), every transfer and taxi and transport type ran flawlessly. The digital travel pack was outstanding, with all confirmations and information in one easy-to-access place. Communication was quick, clear and honest, and the advice we received was invaluable.
