They changed their plans and our earned money get couldn't be used to pay for that. It isn't possible to transfer somewhere easily. I'll bring this to some other places to file complaints.

you can not find a free good service. everything has its own cost.

My one-month U.S. trip with Helium Mobile was fantastic. I had reliable, fast 5G data.

Even after the 30GB cap, the throttled speed was fine for essentials like maps, email and even videos in 720p.

Best of all, the "Cloud Points" I earned completely paid for the plan. It’s an unbeatable value for travelers.

Couldn't be more happy with my Helium Mobile service. Customer service is excellent and the transition of my phone number worked seamlessly. I was able to do everything from my phone and my cell service has been fantastic on my Google Pixel.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Horrible company, I’ve been with them since march of this year and they NOW decide to tell me I’ve violated terms when I asked why cant I redeem my cloud points AFTER subscribing to the $15 plan. 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Excellent customer support

Cell service is ok. It runs off of T-Mobile towers. I do find some areas where a signal is lost or it drops from 5G to LTE.

However, if you have a paid subscription and hope to earn HTN with your activity...you'll never get it without disabling and reactivating MAPPING every day.

I've been with them for over a year and this has been an ongoing problem. They have your phone mine for them but you will earn nothing. When you talk to their CS and go through restarting your phone, clearing your network settings, uninstalling the app, reinstalling a new wi-fi profile it still doesn't work. The conversation and issue/ticket is then closed on their end with no resolve. There is no credit for your mining even with proof of activity. Oh, they'll even tell you that it won't map if you're in an area that someone else has already mapped. BS! I am on the road every day, same route. Unless and until I disable/re-enable mapping. Plus my location stays on 24/7 because of my job and that isn't the issue either.

Just poor mining/mapping problems and piss poor CS.

Helium Mobile delivered: budget-friendly, easy to understand, and surprisingly good coverage. I set it up in minutes and it’s been smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend.

Two months of the "free" service plan and have yet been able to make or receive any calls or msgs. 30, yes ...30 emails from several different "customer support reps " and i have told each of them that I will not be using their service.... Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone

I've used them for about a week. The service is awesome! You technically receive unlimited data with 3 GB of high speed data for $0 a month w/ 300 texts and 100 minutes. In all honesty it's been a dream come true for someone living on social security every month. The carriers that support Medicaid have low ratings and are typically scams. You do have to scan your ID in order to use the service however multiple services are requiring this in 2025.

Signed up the day! Had an issue with transferring my eSIM to my other phone, but the customer service rep stayed with me until we got the technical issues resolved. Great service for the buck. I'm on the Air plan and loving it! Got a great phone number that I can remember. I'll make it clear, I'm not after all the perks, just good, reliable, affordable service.

They entice you to sign up and refer people for gift cards and then say that you violated their terms and service with no explanation of what terms you violated. Great for free line but don’t expect to receive any of the gift cards.

After having nothing but nightmare experiences with Textnow I will never look back.

I joined Helium Mobile’s referral program when they clearly stated that Cloud Points would be redeemable after 30 days. I referred users, waited the full 30 days—and just as I reached the threshold, they changed the rules to 60 days. Then again to 90 days. No notification, no updated agreement, and no way to opt out.

They now say these changes are “final” and tied to compliance with location sharing—something that was never disclosed when I joined. I wouldn’t have referred people if I knew the terms would keep shifting.

This feels like a bait-and-switch. I met the original requirements in good faith, and they moved the goalposts afterward. I’m asking Helium Mobile to honor the 30-day timeline for users who participated before the changes.

DO NOT REFER FOR THEM YOU WILL NOT BE REWARDED.

Yikes. Originally joined because someone sent me the referral link. I convinced over 10 people to sign up believing that the referral system was legit. Customer service told me to wait 30 days and then I could redeem the cloud points. After 30 days a new person said wait either 60 or 90 days, "Sorry, we changed the rules." What a shady group to not honor the things they say and furthermore no apology or anything. Just brush the customer to the side and pretend you don't owe any money. Obviously can't post pictures here but believe me all of the conversations were saved on my end and they'll be a part of the reviews across every social media site. Only $70 in gift cards and they tried to slight me over that? As I said in the beginning, yikes! I'll spread the experience as well as if not better than I spread the referrals to this scam company the first go around.

If I could give a negative star I would this is the most unprofessional company I've ever come across at first it was okay I did referrals I got points I redeem for gift cards all was good recently I attempted to do the same thing only to have the gift cards canceled immediately that I tried to redeem and apparently I have violated the terms and conditions but yet they cannot tell me what I did to violate them they have literally stolen money that I have already earned I have almost 40 referrals that I have done only to be redeemed and immediately taken back in my points are just gone for good customer service is a joke and no one can tell me anything in detail about what I've done wrong it's one thing to take my points but they literally took money I already earned so this is a warning to hopefully prevent anyone from wasting their time and energy on this fake Scam of a site, I will continue to warn EVERYONE i no to STAY AWAY FROM HELIUM MOBILE IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND STEAL FROM LOYAL CUSTOMERS AS I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO (helium mobile sounds like a fancy way of saying you stole from me took my money and now you say the reason you took it you can't tell me I told the other support person I was talking to through the app I would be pursuing legal action I have plenty of time on my hands right now and I'm not letting this s go so until I receive my stolen points this is what I will be focusing on 24/7 from here on out until this is fixed where I get back what was mine or you simply tell me what it was I violated because I have read the terms and conditions over and over there's nothing in there that I could have possibly done to deserve this

Poor customer service. Unresponsive.

My favorite mobile company. They give you points for signing up, and points every month, even on the free plan that can be converted into so many different gift cards. It’s free and the data is amazing. It runs on the T-Mobile network.

I can’t even think of anything good to say about this company right now. From their horrible horrible customer service to their spotty coverage. They’re ridiculously long wait times to get a response and the fact that I can’t use my phone and they can’t figure out why the customer support response to you in about 12 hours their service is so bad that I can’t even receive the verification code they sent to the phone number so that should give you an idea of how unorganized and dysfunctional of their service is. I can’t wait to switch from them ever since they started this whole new mess. Everything has gone wrong. I’ve had some crappy telephone companies before but this one. This one takes the cake because they think they’re doing fabulous. I wonder how diluted they have to be to think that like the fact that they have so many customers chatting in sending emails with complaints doesn’t even register to them. They’re oblivious to the fact that they suck and that’s the worst part
