This is a legit business in Canada. It's not in the USA. I ordered the volumizing shampoo bar & conditioner bar. I felt the conditioner bar looked small. On their website they don't say what the size should be. But the pictures for the product say 2.0 oz for the conditioner bar. I weighed both items & the conditioner bar was 1.4 oz. That's a lot less than 2.0 oz. I emailed the company & they gave me a small refund on the conditioner bar as I requested. One of the founders of the company answered my customer service request within 48 hours.
I'm not sure if I would buy from this company again. It's a legit company. I got the products shipped to me quickly & the customer service was good. But I don't think the products are for me. There are other shampoo & conditioner bars out there that are better I think. I'm giving it a 4 star rating though because the company is trustworthy.
