Now cancelled as they can not get it right. 7 weeks in a row it’s ether not turned up, only half the order in the box, items missing, box wet and falling apart or just so late the ice melted and food wet.
I really wish you could put pictures on these reviews as it would paint a perfect picture.

Consistently missing items - from small but essential things, to whole bags and then today I get a message to say they aren’t delivering my box! Leaving me £50+ out of pocket for the week and now suddenly needing to go shopping for food last minute.

I had a delivery that didn't turn up. Customer service promised to investigate and call me. I heard nothing. They also said they would credit my account. They didn't. I have since emailed them 4 times and had no reply at all. Non existent customer service.

Choosing meals is easy and there is a good choice but it gets limited when you can't have wheat. There is no way to set allergies either so you have to choose meals each week can't just have a lucky dip. There is no GF option like vegetarian or vegan. There are several recipes that could do easily be GF and it's a shame that recipes that have one thing with gluten in do not get that item swapped out to be GF, for example soy sauce and pasta could be GF. In the recipes where this has happened I have swapped in my own ingredients but it means I'm buying twice when other items in the recipes have used cornflour anyway and would otherwise have been suitable for GF intolerance even if unsuitable for coeliac because of manufacture processes (although I'm sure this could be reviewed as well)
I will do 3 weeks and see if the GF thing is just annoying or to limiting long term.
The recipes I've tried have all been good though. I've only had 3 so far. But all really needed more veg! I would cook double the veg that is provided. If you did this some of the 2 person meals would actually do 3 even 4 people. (2 adult and 2 kids maybe?)

Great flavour meals, quick means quick so if it says 15 mins to do, that’s what it is.
I find the website slightly confusing. I had some ingredients that did not match the menu and couldn’t access the right menu- I also could do with a text telling me it’s time to choose my meals as I often forget. It’s hard to contact you if I need something-

I loved my first Hello fresh delivery. The quantities were just right, the dinners very tasty and the receipe easy to follow. I cant wait for next weeks delivery.

The product of very good. Although it works out very expensive. And the delivery is too dear.
If the 4/5 day plan meals were slightly cheaper I would use it every week, but at the cost it is now ill only use it maybe 1/2 times per month.

Quality of ingredients is normally very good. Have had instances of incorrect ingredients being sent meaning I had to go to the shops to buy stuff, which is what I subscribed to Hello Fresh to avoid doing! Also delivery is abysmal, DPD ignore instructions and leave it outside where it can be stolen.

We occasionally have items missing or the use by date is very short. This week our delivery didn’t arrive and had to be sent out again.
We love the range of choice and clear recipes, and how it takes us out of our comfort zone trying different ingredients and recipes from around the world.

Found most meals( vegetarian) to spicy for my taste. I also found them to be difficult to cook. I tried to cancel my order but I left it one day over their deadline. They wouldn’t budge with their decision.

Menu is really good. Variety is good, however the end receipt has been a bit hit and miss recently with ingredients bags missed, duplicated or not what they say they should be. This has always been corrected by a refund by HF but not always the best outcome especially if you’re hungry

The meals are nice, some of them are a lot of effort to cook so we tried to chose the quick dishes. The menu can get repetitive each week and it would be nice to see some lower fat options, ie the same recipes but with an option to choose reduced fat natural yogurt or cheese etc.
Always good delivery and well packed and good quality produce.
Shame the £5 delivery kept coming back despite being told it was only charged on Sunday and Monday delivery options.
I’ve paused my membership but will come back occasionally when we’re lacking dinner inspiration.

The food and recipes continue to be amazing but I preferred it when all the ingredients for each meal arrived in one bag. Now they arrive scattered in a box and it becomes a pick n mix. You then can't get all the ingredients for one meal back in the bags because they have shrunk to a ridiculous size. Let's go back to meals in a bag please - the rest is brilliant!
