Took money out of my account when there was no money in my account to begin with and now I’m at negative.
Charged me TWICE for my “subscription “ when I cancelled my subscription.
So I am now owed by YOU as a company, $19 dollars for wrongfully charging me for a subscription I cancelled before you could charge my card!!!!
Stop charging my card!!!!!! I no longer have a subscription with you or do I owe you any more money!!!!!

main reason
The main reason for getting this account was for the cash advances, (that I did qualify for at first then all of a sudden I didn't) for one reason or another. The savings/credit builder is a great thing through bright only if you have multiple reasons for having that account. I am already paying for the credit/loan for savings. Also I have to pay 15.99$ on top of that loan to have the account, so an extra 150.00 or so a year just to have the savings because there is nothing else bright is or was doing for me. Oh even with a steady income and direct deposit and using my card still is not enough to get a50$ advance from bright
