I will restate what is being said. An offer was made on TV (GMA) to get a free pack of diapers, just pay shipping ($1.00 I think). Great deal! I will give them a try. That was in February. I have been emailing them ever since. I was recently told I would get a coupon for free diapers. GREAT! I received my email with the alleged coupon yesterday. You have to download an app called coinout. You have to purchase the diapers at Walmart or Walmart.com, then submit a receipt to coinout, and you will get a credit for the $7.97 at Amazon gift card, bank account or paypal. Hmm, not too bad.
Well I opt for on line given the current situation. I go to Walmart.com and in order to get the diapers I have to pay another $5.99 in shipping?? WHAT? Is that what they call free? This should be illegal (and it may be). False advertising, false claims, etc. THEN I see Dax Shepard (actor/owner) on TV during the COVID 19 purporting to give donations of diapers and wipes? How about taking care of the promises you already made. WHAT A SCAM. I will not purchase from a company that handles business this way. Don't make the free offer if you can't fulfill it.

Fine diapers. GOOD LUCK with customer service. I had a promo code which I was told could not be used for bundles, only for "one time" orders. I tried to submit a one time, manual order but was told that I was given misinformation and that it is only valid on bundles. I have had missing items from bundles but told that they would ship with my next bundle. Why would I want another bundle with missing items? I don't want another bundle. I want the items that were paid for. And I don't want to wait 5 weeks. Every interaction with customer service gets worse... There is literally NOTHING they can or will do to help you.

ETA: IT GETS BETTER. The missing items from my original bundle were 2 2.0 ounce bottles of hand sanitizer spray. But I was told that they could not ship those individually in their effort to limit waste. I get that. So I ordered a 12 pack for $30, and guess what - I RECEIVED A SINGLE BOTTLE. So here I sit for the past 20 minutes in queue on their live chat to get yet another incorrect order addressed.

I love these diapers! Not only are they adorable but they are actually good diapers. I've tried a few brands that aren't so great and others I love too but I keep coming back to hellobello because I just love the patterns so much. We never have leaks and they seem to hold a lot.

Purchase three products today, shampoo & body wash, baby lotion, bubble bath and I am so satisfied with the smell and texture of the products. Just ordered detangle spray & birthday conditioner!!

I wanted to like these diapers, but every time my 2 month old poops it either puddles in the diaper or seeps out the sides and up his back. The absorption that you would expect from a diaper is not there. I received these as a gift, and will not be finishing the pack.

I paid for my trial package in February. Mind you before coronavirus. Never received them and customer service says they are too busy and would send me a coupon to pickup at the store.. mind you I never received this and contacted again and no response. They sell you a dream, take your money and don’t ship your merchandise. Shame.

Really wanted to love these but kept dealing with leaks every night for our newborn for both pees and poops. Not a fan of having to change bedding every day.

I’ve only had a baby for 3 days and i can honestly say, these diapers are flimsy! She is a preemie and the fit is awful. We’ve had several leaks out the side (already, pretty much every poop finds it’s way out) and the extra juicy ones will seep through her clothes and into the surrounding material within minutes.

The redeeming factor for this brand are the great wipes/ baby oil/ other products.

The cute patterns and fun marketing aren’t worth it.

I would not even give this company a one star. The company cannot stand behind their promotions. I recently had a new grandchild and was excited to see hello hello promotion on GMA. They offered a small pack of diapers to new parents for trying their products. All you had to do was pay the shipping cost which I did. I thought it might be convenient to my son to order these diapers and be delivered without the hassle of making frequent trips to the store. Well over 2 months later I still have no diapers but they still have my money! I have sent multiple emails on the only response I get is we are sorry for the delay we are working to ship your order as soon as possible. I even asked for my shipping cost to be refunded and they completely ignored my request. The last response I received was they would send me a coupon to my email, but they couldn’t have sent it when they replied? This company is a joke and their customer service skills is terrible!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!!!! Please do not buy products from this company!!!

I love the designs but that is all I go through twice as many diapers compared to pampers because they get too filled too quick.

I recently experienced a mistake with my order. I was able to go onto the website & have a live chat with a customer service associate. They were very helpful & fixed the mistake. Not only that, but instead of making me leave the safety of my own house during these COVID times to return the wrong product, they gifted it to me and shipped the correct product to me free of charge! My family & I appreciate them correcting the mistake & keeping safety in mind as well! I am very impressed by the products and customer service provided by this company.

Love the diapers but usually go to Walmart to buy as it is cheaper.

I really love this company! Each product has high quality ingredients but are very reasonably priced. My husband is a correctional officer and the first responder discount helps a lot! I highly recommend Hello Bello and plan to use their products exclusively for my newborn.

I love these diapers and wipes for my son. I didn't have any issues what so ever. Through Walmart I ordered a travel size pack which came with: hand sanitizer, hair detangler, lavender baby lotion, and the aprioct shampoo and conditioner. I ordered this because I wanted to see what all their products smelled like. They past the test!!!

After having older children and caring for many others throughout my life one would think I’d have found the tried & true diaper brand that works the best...well I finally have! My infant son is in size 3 of Hello Bello diapers-we’ve never had a rash and only 1 instance of a damp wake up after 7 hours of sleep. The bath soaps & laundry detergent are the only ones his skin will tolerate & they smell/work wonderfully.
The people on here complaining about getting an occasional wrong print in their package...really? It’s a diaper...you cover it up with clothing then throw it away after 2-3 hours. And news flash....there are no girl or boy prints. Girls ride skateboards, boys love flowers and vice versa. But again, it’s a diaper. If it does it’s job, is free of all the junk so many other brands have in them, is affordable (and Hello Bello diapers are all of these things) then it’s worth every penny!

Are you ever going to replenish the supply of sponges and clothing?? If so how soon??
