I ordered diapers online and got an email from them the next day that they needed a picture of my bank statement to confirm payment?????? I have never heard of such a thing! Money already taken from my account so I replied that I was already charged. Next thing I know, my order is cancelled! I tried to call their help line several times but only received recording that no support agents are available to take my call.

I have a 1 year old and we used our first pack of Hello Bello wipes. After about 3 diaper changes and maybe 10 wipes, she developed her first and WORST rash ever. We have been working on getting the rash to go away for almost 2 months now. First it was literally skin splitting, then it turned to a yeast infection and now we found a little bubble that I thought was like an ingrown hair literally in the rash. Her dr checked it and swabbed it to check, it came back MRSA. Not only is the rash STILL there but now my baby has MRSA because of god knows what they have in these wipes. These should not even be legal!

I really wanted to love these diapers, the designs are so cute and the convenience of the subscription is definitely very helpful. We're going to have to switch back to Pampers though, since every day has resulted in multiple (like 3+ per day) blowouts, pee and poo. It's not like I'm letting the kid go hours without changes either, it's just like these diapers can't absorb anything past a couple drops of pee lol I'm sick of doubling my laundry load because of how much poo is on his onesies now and I'm just so over having to deal with this much poop in one day.

We thought it must be user error, since our friend absolutely raves about this company, so we tried loosening, tightening, lowering, and raising the diaper and endless combinations of all to no avail. I still could expect at least two blowouts per day. Bummer.

Not very impressed with Hello Bello diapers. Purchased the #1 and #2 size diapers through direct ship from them. Glad I stopped my shipments. These diapers are not absorbent at all. Had many pee leaks and poop blowouts.
Cute designs but wouldn’t recommend these diapers at all.

I'm not a mom so I can't speak for the quality, but I bought a diaper bundle for a shower gift, and I am thrown back that I did not get what I ordered.

I decided to purchase this item because the designs were so cute, and one of them tied into a backstory between me and the dad-to-be. I wasted so much time picking the designs. It's embarrassing how much time I spent on it, but I took the design picking very seriously. I saw it as my way of giving a very personal gift.

I understand that they could be out of stock on one, but 3 out of 7 they sent me were the alphabet, my least favorite design.

I went back to the site to check to see if I somehow agreed to this because I couldn't believe that I would buy something and then receive something different, but I also saw other reviews saying the same. That they never got the designs that they picked.

The terms on the page do not mention substitutions, nor did they ask for my permission to do a substitution on my behalf.

They couldn't even send three different designs. I ordered a pack that was supposed to have 7 different designs. Not only did it have a design that I did not choose, but the box only consisted of five designs.

I feel like I wasted a bunch of time, and I am massively disappointed about what I got. It is a kind of false advertising. They should have at least notified me that I would not be getting what I paid for, ask me to pick other designs, or give me the option to cancel or not. They didn't even bother to change my invoice.

The service rep claimed that they just throw in their popular designs if they are out of stock. But, there is no disclaimer saying this anywhere.

I have an e-commerce site and it would totally not be ok if i just sent my customers whatever. That is a deceptive ttradepractice. how do they think this is ok?

Why even bother to let us pick the design if they are going to send whatever.

Also, why is their inventory system that bad? How hard is it to have an inventory system with a quantity available and when it is sold out the product is no longer purchasable? It's a basic feature of an e-commerce site. Do they not know the quantity that they have on hand? Do they just post patterns with no inventory system in place and just oversell them? We are not n 1996.

I am giving them two stars because they did offer to refund the 3 wrong packs. However, I bought this on an​ Amex offer and the refund would negate my offer and end up costing me more than what I spent so I had to go with the dispute because it's not fair that I should pay more for not even getting what I thought I was purchasing.

I told them about the offer. Then they said I could send it back but it was a gift so I can't.

A point for trying to be helpful, but they weren't​ and I have to move forward with disputing it for misrepresentation on a sale.

Purchased a size one bundle using a discount code (so fair price) for our new little one. We waited for him to grow enough to meet the sizing and the quality appears to be nice but they leak! No matter what we do or how often we change him, they leak out the sides of his legs - these diapers do not save you from blowouts! Save your money and go with a different brand. We will not be repurchasing these or recommending them to anyone.

I let my daughter use my card to order a ONE time order of diapers and wipes but they continue to send boxes she didn’t order and customer service is a joke spent hours last month trying to remove my card from them. Two months now of this crap.

I'm so glad that I tried hello bello. I don't need the diapers but I had been looking everywhere for shampoo and conditioner that works for my hair. After using hello bello shampoo and conditioner on my daughter, I thought I'd try it on my own hair and was blown away at how soft and workable my hair became! Because that worked so well I decided to try out their detangler spray. Again, blown away! All other detangler products I have tried leave this gross residue on hair but hello bello had none. I also tried their laundry detergent. I'm amazed that such a small amount of detergent works for an entire load of laundry! I have always used oxiclean because it seems to be the only detergent that does the job on my clothes and hello bellos laundry detergent did just as good if not better than oxiclean! Their detergent lasts for 80 loads and the oxiclean I get lasts for 60 loads but the hello bello is half the size of the oxiclean because you don't need much at all! Overall I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency of hello bello products. And to top it off their customer service is great! They are also very responsive to answering questions and they are definitely for the customer! I highly recommend this company. They are AMAZING!

I love Hello Bello, I have been using them for about a year or so. I have a 2yr old and 1yr old. And our 2yr old is now in the Hello Bello pull up's and in my opinion the hello bello are better then the pull up brand she will leak at night in the pull up brand but not in the hello bello. My 1yr old has never had a blow out 🤞 both of my kids are very sensitive skin a will rash with a lot of other diapers but never had a problem with the hello bello. I love them and they are so soft and adorable.

I honestly don’t know how anyone likes these diapers. My daughter can only wear them for one pee and then wants to rip them off because they are so nonabsorbent. Horrible diapers.! I got the subscription and had to email to get a return label. Sending them back and using the open packs for potty training since my daughter is soaked in them.

These diapers have been absolutely amazing. We have 3 kids and having the ability to get them delivered right to your door along with wipes, is one less thing we have to worry about.
The diapers are adorable, extremely soft, and durable--along with eco-friendly which is another plus!
I have also been pleased with how easily I can go onto the website and update my delivery date whenever I want. While you have to input 4 of 5 weeks, you can change the date at anytime without any penalty.
I truly do not have one complaint in regards to this product. Wish I would have had this option for my other two boys. Thank you so much, Hello Bello.

I have been using hello Bello diapers for over a year and on two babies. I love how soft they are compared to other brands and we don’t have issues with leaks or blowouts. I save with the diaper bundle and never have issues with my shipment. Recently I ordered the spray leave in conditioner and I am completely amazed. My children are biracial and have a mix of curly/frizzy hair. I have tried many products to tame my sons curls and give the dry parts of his hair some moisture and nothing has worked! I spray this on his dry hair in the mornings and it instantly moisturizes his hair and makes all of his curls soft and beautiful. I don’t even have to wet his hair and his hair becomes soft and feels so healthy. Not to mention it smells good too! I will be using this product long after I am done with diapers! Very impressed and happy I finally found something very simple to use and works so great!

Awful!!! We recently switched to hello bello products (wipes, diapers, and body wash) all absolutely awful! Our babies have both developed diaper rash and the wash dried their skin out soooo much. We haven’t ever had a problem.. as soon as we stopped, problems resolved.
Also- the diapers leaked, didn’t last more than 3 hours wear time. My husband even noted that they are awful. Do not recommend.

They charge your card and refund and charge again, tying up your money. They rarely have the designs that you pick which causes your order to be late and with missing products. Their customer service does not respond in a timely manner. So terrible!

I would give 0 star if I could

• Customer service is horrible. I was trying to contact them via email. Its been 5 days and I never got a reply. I gave them a call, left a voice message for a call back and no call back.

• My daughter never had an issue with wipes and/or diapers before. I tried Hello Bello because the designs are cute. She is now 1 year old and had a bad diaper rash while using Hello Bello diapers/wipes ( I never let her sits in solid or wet diapers, I change her frequently)

Stay away for this brand! Not worth it !

Horrible online ordering. The diapers are fine but what’s the point of even picking your prints if they just keep going out of stock. Insane that you can place and order and pay for an item and it go out of stock after it will happen over and over again delaying your order for weeks. The online ordering experience has been so bad I’m tempted to not even buy them in stores. It’s a print my baby is going to poop on so not a super huge deal but the fact that they take your money then don’t even send the product forever when really I guess I should have used that money to buy diapers in store and am now out $55. I have to login everyday to check what print in my order is out of stock now before my order is delayed yet again.

You can find better quality products at the dollar tree, I promise. Any liquid based products are 98 percent water. The diapers and wipes are so thin they're not only useless but they will rip and tear and you'll have a huge mess to clean up.

THEY STEEL FROM SINGLE MOTHERS TRYING TO BUY THEIR CHILD DIAPERS!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!!! They charged me $71 dollars for diapers and wipes! When I cancelled my order and subscription IMMEDIATELY they said they would give me a full refund. 3 weeks later my bank statement says they refunded me 71 dollars just to take 71 dollars out again?? Now I’m short on 71 dollars, I’m out of diapers and they told me since I got a refund they can’t do anything. WHAT?? I got charged AGAIN after you refunded me! Give me diapers or something because I’m still missing 71 DOLLARS!! Take the time to actually call me back instead of leaving me unanswered emails!

We recently switched to Hello Bello diapers from almost a year of exclusively using Pampers Baby Dry and Swaddlers on our one year old, and we absolutely love them. We decided to try them out since they were available for a very good deal at one of our local supermarkets. The first thing we noticed about these diapers was how super soft they are. So far we’ve not experienced any pee leaks or poopsplosions. They seem to be very absorbent and keep our little boy dry throughout the night. They don’t leave a beady residue on our baby’s skin when they’re very full. We also really like the coverage of these diapers. The quality and strength of their snaps are excellent. Our boy used to be able to pull the snaps off his Pampers with ease but he’s not able to do so with the Hello Bello diapers. The super cute assortment of prints are a bonus. They certainly are a little pricier than the Baby Dry we were using but considering they’re hypoallergenic, we’re happy to pay the extra. They’re far less expensive than the other premium brands on the market. We haven’t seen diaper rash on our baby’s tush since we switched to this brand. We like the wipes as well. I do find that they’re not as wet as Water wipes or Huggies Sensitive wipes but they do a pretty good job at wiping off a stinky mess. They’re nice and thick too so they don’t tear when you pull them out which I’ve found some wipes tend to do. So far, we love these diapers on our baby’s bum. We haven’t tried any other hypoallergenic brand of diapers yet but if we do try another, it might be Rascal and Friends. Till then we’re sticking to Hello Bello.

Horrible Company. They sent open products that made my shipment soaking wet with soap. They missed my deliveries. They charges and never shipped. When I called them no one cared. Going back to honest.
